Eep!!! Who is ready for a par-tea? A garden par-tea!!! I've had a ball using the new, beautiful Garden Party release from The Greetery! I hope you all love this collection as much as I do! All of the details for each of today's products are included in The Greetery's Blog post! Make sure to leave a comment here and on each of the designers' blogs for a chance to win one of two $50 gift certificates to the shop! My first card for today features the AMAZING and ADORABLE new Sips Tea Stamp + cut combo and stencil! It includes four different tea cups with the coordinating stencils to add the beautiful detailing. I didn't use the Tipsy Strip die, but this particular die allows the stack of tea cups to move from side to side, yet stay stacked! It's super cute and fun; I'm sure the other designers will have cards to show you how cute it is! The background is created using the must-have new A2 Stitched Scallops Die paired with the new Scalloped Gingham Stencils! I have had a ball using these and can't wait to incorporate them with previously released products; they're just perfect for so many occasions! The darling flower bouquet poking out of the top tea cup and the tea bag are all from the new Brew-Tea-Ful stamp set and coordinating sentiments; the flowers can be cut from a separate die. The main bouquet is one die and then you have the option to cut out individual flowers if you want to make a multi-color arrangement, like I am showing here. I did add some additional details with a green colored pencil. I made a cute little box to house 3-4 tea packets that could be used as a favor at a tea party or a hostess gift! I used a Versamarker and gold embossing powder to selectively add some gold highlight to the teacup. I used another sentiment from the Brew-Tea-Ful stamp set; I always love a punny sentiment! My second card for today uses the absolutely precious new Fancy Finger Foods die (I never thought I could love making sandwiches so much! ha ha) paired with the new Fine China Hot Foil. There is a coordinating Fine China stamp set that allows you to simply stamp the plate rather than the hot foil and there are floral images that I'm sure quite a few of the other designers' used. I have a plate with florals that I will share later. I kept the tea cup white and added the bouquet. I didn't want the cup to detract from the darling sentiment and the sandwich! You can see that cute pink cup in the corner waiting for its time to shine, though! ha ha! The background is created using another new fabulous product but the name is slipping my mind (hangs head in shame), but it will be part of today's 'Meet and greet' on The Greetery Blog today (link above). One of the things that I like so much about this new sentiment set is all of the cut outs to really make the sentiment special and stand out without covering too much up on my card design! I can't get over the cute tea bag with the tag at the end; totally makes the whole thing! My final card for today features the absolutely adorable new Char-cut-erie board die! I paired it with the new Pours Tea die and stencil! Aren't those teapots so cute? You can also use the floral images from the Fine China set on the teapots as well ( you an see one of the floral clusters on the circle medallion to the left) That is the larger floral, but the smaller one would be so perfect! I just had to add another finger sandwich to the board along wit the two different tea pots. The gingham background was the perfect choice yet again...I know I'm never going to put these dies and stencils away! I hope you've enjoyed day 1 of full reveals as much as I have! It's release week for The Greetery! The new collection is called Garden Party and I'm excited to share projects with you! Let's have some fun!! XO

Hello and welcome! I'm so happy to be here today sharing some spring projects using the beautiful new Spring Fling Collection from The Greetery! You can find the official "meet and greet" over on The Greetery Blog and there will be two $50 gift certificates given away each day so make sure to leave a comment here, and on each of the designers' blogs, to be eligible to win! My first card features the gorgeous new BotaniCuts Lilacs die. I love how easy this die set is to use and you can achieve beautiful results almost effortlessly. You can make your clusters as full as you want depending on your preferences! I really wanted the lilacs to take center stage so I used them as the focal point with a beautiful sentiment from the Scripted Sentiments stamp set that was included in the last release! I thought the fonts worked perfectly with the lilacs to achieve the look and feel I was going for! I used the Halfsies Oval Die to create the frame over the top of the stamped panel which uses the Spring Meadow Background Stamp. I layered it all together and then added the lilacs and sentiment. A sprinkling of glitter finishes off this first card! Up next is a springtime card using the ingenious and darling Seagrass Basket Die. You can actually weave the two basket pieces together like I did here, OR you can simply glue the two pieces together without weaving if you're short on time. I filled my basket with the darling flowers included in the Botanicuts Wildflower Mix Die. If you've been around awhile then you know how much I adore these cute flowers; I really can use them all the time if I put my mind to it! ha ha! The basket die also comes with this cute label; I stamped it with one of the many sentiments included in the new All Occasion Script Sentiments stamp set. This is one that you could leave on your desk permanently because you would need it so often....it's just that versatile and handy! The basket die also includes a handle which you can simply glue down, but I chose to add some mini silver brads for added detail. My final project for today uses the ever-so-sweet new stamp/die/stencil set called Spring Snowdrops! I'm smitten...it's so cute! I made two cards because I wanted to showcase the two main sentiments included in the set: Spring and Hope. As you can see, they both say Spring! LOL! I'm a huge dork and heat embossed two sentiments that coordinate with Spring! ha ha! I liked both of them so I just went with it! I can use the Hope sentiment soon! This suite of products is very easy to use and I can't wait to try other color combinations with the Snowdrops. As I mentioned before, there are two main sentiments. I really like that they both have coordinating dies so you can cut out the scripted sentiment. I heat embossed the companion sentiment in white detail embossing powder onto Pale Peony cardstock and then added it below the main sentiment. I added a generous sprinkling of glitter to give it a snowy or dewy look! Hello and welcome, friends! I've been busy as a little bee working on all kinds of fun projects and I'm so happy to finally be able to share them with you! Today I have 3 projects to share with you using all of the beautiful new products from the These are the Days Collection from The Greetery! Don't forget to head to The Greetery Blog for the official "Meet and Greet" for all of the new products! As you've probably gathered, this collection is calendar-themed which is so fun and unique! They are being released just in time to get started on all of those handmade Christmas gifts we all love to create! My first project is a 2024 floral desk calendar for my upcoming 5th grader to give to his teacher. It begins at August and ends with December. I will make her a new one for 2025 and have my son give it to her as part of her Christmas gift! I used the new Calendar Basics stamp set to create each of the calendars for the month. As you can see here, I used the circle image and "Big Day" sentiment to highlight the first of school that is approaching WAY too quickly! eek! This project is easy to put together in assembly line fashion! To begin, I stamped the grid image using the Calendar Basics stamp set and Hickory Smoke distress oxide ink on white A2 panels. I used my MISTI to make quick work of this part. Once the panels were stamped, I used the Jumbo Jar Die to cut each of the calendar months. I used the Calendar Grid stencil to add color to each of the months. I had previously stamped ALL of the Birth Month Blooms flowers so I was able to decide which color stenciling I wanted to do based on which flower would coincide with that month. Hopefully that makes sense! I tucked the flowers into the jars and secured them with liquid glue. I alternated them from one side to the other so that when they are stacked up the display would be full and beautiful. If you look at the full calendar all put together, you will see some violets popping out on the right-hand side; I added those to a blank jar panel to the back to give the calendar more symmetry and additional color . I was pleased to find some wood blocks to use as the calendar stand and you can find them HERE. They are a good price and I will be able to give calendars as gifts as needed! The cover was created using the previously released Bold Numbers Die to make the 2024. I added some flowers using the BotaniCuts: Wildflower Mix dies and the Winter Medley Die. The Greetery is also offering some pre-printed 2025 calendar pages and I used the cover as inspiration for this cover. My next project is a birthday card I just made for my daughter who celebrated her birthday on the 22nd! I just love how you can make your projects so personalized with these new products! This card features the Calendar Grid Die paired with the Spiral Bound die, (this gives you the option of creating faux spirals like I did here, or to make the holes to add the real spiral binding on an actual calendar) Birth Month Blooms, and the new One Fine Day stamp/die set. One of my favorite flowers in the collection is the Larkspur and I was pleasantly delighted to find out it is July's flower! Yay! I had already told myself I would use it no matter which month it was for! ha ha! I added in a few other month's flowers to give it variety and additional color! To give the calendar personalization, I added the 22 that was stamped using the Calendar Basics stamp set on a rectangle that was cut when I die cut the grid. I popped it into the proper space using a min foam square. I used metallic cardstock for both the spiral binding and the cute hanger at the top. My cute daughter kept leaving comments on my Instagram posts (if it was a birthday card) saying, "Can this be my birthday card?" so I was worried she would be disappointed she didn't get one that she commented on, but she LOVED this one and said she liked it best! My final project for today is a fun notecard set using the different Birth Month Blooms. I haven't mentioned before, but each of the Birth Month Blooms are compiled in quarters. There is a Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 stamp/die set so you can buy them as you need them or for those months where loved ones have special days. I had set out at the beginning of my creative sessions by stamping all of the flowers multiple times so I would have a good variety of images to pick from as I was creating! Doing that made this project go much quicker than if I stamped them all out one by one. Here you can see a few of the different varieties with their coordinating envelopes. I have made and shown this stationery box a few times over the years, but for those who may be new, I will share the dimensions. The bottom of the box is made using a piece of cardstock measuring 8 1/2 by 10 and then score at two inches in from each side. The top is made using a piece of cardstock measuring 7 1/8 by 8 5/8 and score on each side 1 1/4 inches from the edges. Use a bone folder and cut tabs on the four sides and secure with ScorTape. As I mentioned before, this box holds nine cards, so I wasn't able to get a full year of cards. I used foam squares for each of the cards so if you made them flat, you could possibly get 12 in there. I also want to mention that the shop will also be offering some Birth Month Blooms Cutables so you can save some time using those as well. They would be perfect if you're planning on making a bunch of gifts for Christmas and you find yourself in a pinch! It's release day! Yay! The Garden Party Collection from The Greetery will be available for purchase today beginning at 10 am EDT! I have a bonus project for you today, PLUS a little tutorial on how I made the tea box favor a few of you asked about! You can find the new collection HERE! Tea for two in the atrium, please! ha ha! My card for today features quite a few of the new products, but shaken up a bit to see them in a new way or with different possibilities! To begin, I used the new Atrium Hot Foil using silver foil on Kraft Gray cardstock. I also had a leftover wisteria branch from yesterday, so I added it to the top of the card using foam squares. I used the pigment powder method on the two teacups that Betsy shared in her video on day 1. I added some Aqua Mist ink over the top to color the two teacups. I just HAD to add another sandwich from the Fancy Finger Foods die collection; they are seriously so much fun....much more fun than making real sandwiches! ha ha! I added some lemons from the lemonade stamp set; just perfect to tuck inside the tea cups! The sentiment is die cut and then stamped using the Brew-Tea-Ful stamp set. You can see some of the details a little bit better with this close-up photo! I had a few of you ask how I made the little tea favor box from day 1. It's SO easy and one of my go-to box styles for quick and easy packaging. Here are a few different shots to give you an diea of what the sides look like. This box holds 4-5 tea packets....there is 5 inside the box when I took the photos. I cut a piece of Gray Kraft cardstock measuring 8 1/2 by 3. Score it at the intervals I've shown. The front and back are 3 inches and the sides and bottom are 1 inch. You will be left with a 1/2 inch 'tab' that you will use to add adhesive. Use your bone folder and make all of the score lines crisp. Cut from the bottom up to the solid horizontal score line on each of the vertical score lines. Remove the portion that is shown in the bottom left corner. You can see it a little bit better in this photo. Add a piece of ScorTape to the 1/2 inch tab. Add another strip to the INSIDE bottom flap. Adhere the 1/2 inch tab first and then fold up the bottom and secure with the ScorTape. I found THIS old tutorial that you could use as well for something different, but using all of these fun new tea stamps/dies! I gussied up the outside with another tea cup that was made using the exact same technique as the two on today's card. I tucked in some extra lemons for some added detail!
