Good evening my crafty friends! How are you this fine Wednesday? The last Wednesday of the month is reserved for the Paper Pumpkin Possibilites Blog Hop, and I'm really excited for this one because the September Paper Pumpkin kit was absolutely OFF THE CHARTS amazing!! "With Love & Gratitude" included all the supplies to create not only 8 beautiful little notecards & envelopes, but also 8 gorgeous gift bags too!! If these projects don't tickle your fancy, just take a peek at all the elements of the kit. There's a ton of other opportunities here! I just love it! My alternative project is a full size greeting card using the colors from the kit, as well as a few of the elements. I actually started out dismantling one of those beautiful gift bags. I hated to because they're so pretty, but I really liked the print and wanted to use it as a background for my card. Do you see it? Look at the piece to the bottom right in the photo below. You'll see the Lost Lagoon layer already behind it. Of course, I'll save all the other pieces for something else. Maybe some die cuts? or other layers? Who knows! The sky's the limit!! :-D Lost Lagoon is the color of Ink Spot in the kit, but Copper Clay is one of the element colors. So I brought that in for the sentiments. The Cane Weave embossing folder adds just a touch of texture to the background and the Neutrals Adhesive Backed Sequins finish the card off nicely. :-D I love how this card just screams autumn...... My favorite time of year! For that, I am especially grateful! I hope you enjoyed my beautiful gratitude card. Be sure to follow the hop around for more incredible alternative projects! Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop! We are all fans of this monthly crafting kit and want to share with you our enthusiasm for this box of fun and creativity. The beauty of Paper Pumpkin kit is that you can follow the directions provided in the kit and make the projects as they were designed or use the supplies as a starting point and let your creative spirit soar. On this hop we will be sharing lots of ideas with you on how to use the September Paper Pumpkin Kit: "With Love & Gratitude". Express your love and gratitude in elegant style with the September Paper Pumpkin kit inspired by Shelli! This kit includes eight treat packages (you can also use for small gifts) and eight miniature note cards with matching envelopes and specialty gold foil embellishments. I decided to decorate one of the treat bags. I added a gold clip; however, that was to take the picture. I also added a dimensional under the flap to close the bag once the treats have been added. I decided to create a "Thank You" card for my second alternate. I really love how this card turned out. I also stamped the inside as well. Check out the video below and see all the great elements of this beautiful kit. This kit is perfect for expressing your love and gratitude! Thanks for checking out my alternate and I really hope it inspires you. Now let's head over to Melva's page and see the inspiration she shared. This will give you a piece that is 4 1/8” x 2 7/8”. 2- Emboss the 3 ¾” x 5” Copper Clay Cardstock piece with your choice of Embossing Folder, I used Timber 3D Folder. Add this on top of the Gold Foil frame with a small border showing. 3- Cut a strip that is almost 2” x 5” from the Box Pieces, see template above. Randomly stamp the Branch Image in Crumb Cake on this strip. I used the Stamp Off & Stamp On technique to get a lighter image. Add this to the Embossed Copper Clay piece about ¼” from the bottom. 4- Add all these pieces to the front of the Copper Clay Cardbase with dimensionals. 5- Add the two Pumpkin Die Cuts to the right side above the strip with dimensionals. 6- Cut the leaves to separate then and tuck them under the pumpkins. 7- Color the Vanilla Twine with one of the Copper Clay Stampin’ Blend Markers to change the color to match the card. 8- Create a double faux bow with Glue Dots under the Pumpkin Dies. 9- Stamp your greeting in Copper Clay on the Banner Label. Add the greeting over the bow with dimensionals. 10- Add Gold Sequins. All Done! I have also created a video walking you through each step: To purchase any Stampin’ Up! products please visit https://www.stampinup.com?demoid=2042902 Have a creative day! Chelsey [email protected]

Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop for the September kit: With Love & Gratitude. We are so excited to share alternative design ideas from this kit! This kit includes 8 treat packages and 8 mini cards, exclusive stamp set, and a Lost Lagoon ink spot (*one of my favorite colors!). Here is the video tutorial from Stampin' Up! for this kit: My first design is on a Basic White card base with stamped background and one of the sentiment banners - simple and beautiful! My second design is a bit more complex and uses the treat box, cut a part and used for layers. The box segments/score lines are where I cut the layers. I used the back of the fold from the upper piece to adhere onto the lower piece, this creates a faux pocket. The front of the card is stamped with the large greenery image, love it! Then I adhered the layers onto the card base. The gold sprigs and the die cut printed layers are arranged inside this front layer. The "thank you" banner is layered over the stems and hidden beneath the faux pocket fold. Inside I stamped more greenery and a sentiment with the Lost Lagoon ink spot. I hope you love it too! Join me to hop over and see more creations, use the list below: Blog Hop Index Home for the Holidays Subscribe by October 10th, click here. This kit includes: All the supplies you’ll need to create 8 sparkly and dazzling Christmas cards—4 each of 2 designs—and eight coordinating envelopes.
