With Love and Gratitude was the perfect Paper Pumpkin kit to open this last weekend and explore. The kit itself came with supplies to make 8 notecards and linen bags. While usually September is a Halloween kit, I liked having a fall kit instead. You could use the bags and notecards for place settings for Thanksgiving, teacher or co-worker appreciation notes, or anything fall that comes your way. In fact, we had a wedding this weekend and I was able to put this great kit to perfect use for the happy couple. Paper Pumpkin is a kit in the mail subscription that includes a project with cut pieces, instructions, an exclusive photopolymer stamp set, ink spot, adhesives, and first-time subscribers also get a clear block. You can review the program and sign-up HERE. As a perk for my subscribers, I put together a list of tips and tricks and alternatives, along with step by step instructions, for all the projects I create each month. To this kit, I did add some additional cardstock (Copper Clay, Basic White, Pebbled Path, Crumb Cake, and Lost Lagoon). I also leveraged by Stylish Shapes Dies, Deckled Rectangle Dies, and some 23-25 In Color Dots. Below are my alternatives - I hope you enjoy and find some inspiration. Have a craftastic day, Stacy
I like Ann Marie's sketch challenge this week over at thepaperplayers.blogspot.com I wanted to use the Beary Christmas suite again so I grabbed that DSP and cut four strips and layered them on a piece of Balmy Blue card stock and a white base. I then cut a Night Of navy circle and a white one from the Deckled Circles dies. On the white one, I stamped snowflakes from the Beary Cute set in Balmy Blue ink. I then stamped the bear in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on white card stock and punched him out with the matching punch. I added a scarf in Misty Moonlight ink. In the same ink, I stamped the sentiment from the Sparkling Snowflakes set on white card stock and cut from the Deckled Circles dies. I finished off with a few Misty Moonlight gems. Hope you have a beary special day! Thanks for stopping by! Windy Stamp sets: Beary Cute and Sparkling Snowflakes Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Balmy Blue and Misty Moonlight Paper: Basic White, Balmy Blue, Night Of Navy and Beary Christmas DSP Deckled Circles dies, Beary Cute punch, Misty Moonlight gems

This will give you a piece that is 4 1/8” x 2 7/8”. 2- Emboss the 3 ¾” x 5” Copper Clay Cardstock piece with your choice of Embossing Folder, I used Timber 3D Folder. Add this on top of the Gold Foil frame with a small border showing. 3- Cut a strip that is almost 2” x 5” from the Box Pieces, see template above. Randomly stamp the Branch Image in Crumb Cake on this strip. I used the Stamp Off & Stamp On technique to get a lighter image. Add this to the Embossed Copper Clay piece about ¼” from the bottom. 4- Add all these pieces to the front of the Copper Clay Cardbase with dimensionals. 5- Add the two Pumpkin Die Cuts to the right side above the strip with dimensionals. 6- Cut the leaves to separate then and tuck them under the pumpkins. 7- Color the Vanilla Twine with one of the Copper Clay Stampin’ Blend Markers to change the color to match the card. 8- Create a double faux bow with Glue Dots under the Pumpkin Dies. 9- Stamp your greeting in Copper Clay on the Banner Label. Add the greeting over the bow with dimensionals. 10- Add Gold Sequins. All Done! I have also created a video walking you through each step: To purchase any Stampin’ Up! products please visit https://www.stampinup.com?demoid=2042902 Have a creative day! Chelsey [email protected]
