Hi there! Welcome to day two for the full reveal countdown from The Greetery! Today we are showcasing several new products, Lemon Blossom stamps & dies, Just Mason Around stamps & dies, Oopsie Daisy Stamps & Dies. All of the new products that I am sharing today will be available to purchase on Friday, June 21 at 10am ET at The Greetery. This card uses the new Lemon Blossom stamp set and coordinating dies. For the background, I used some Distress ink mixed with water. I just took a large paintbrush and lightly brushed it across several times. The stamps were all stamped in multiple layers using my MISTI stamping tool, cut out with the coordinating dies and added to the card with foam tape. *** This card was created with the new Mason Around stamp set and Oopsie Daisy stamp set. The mason jar is a layered stamp with four different stamp images, and it creates such a realistic looking jar! I just love it! I stamped a few flower stems on top of the jar to create the illusion that the flowers were actually inside the jar. I stamped the pretty daisies in several different shades of pinks and purples and adhered them behind the card. I hope you have enjoyed seeing what Betsy has coming so far! Hello friends. Just a fun little post sharing some cards I've made using my new goodies from The Greetery. It was suggested when I posted a picture of all my new goodies on IG that I start with the Macra-Made dies, so I did, and yes, I did let out a little squeal out when I ran the dies through my Big Shot! These remind me of my college days when several of my friends and I learned how to make macramé hangers for our plants...oh the simple things!! The flowers in my pots are from the Summer Sketches set. During release week Wanda Guess showed a BEAUTIFUL card (HERE) and then Betsy did her own version of Wanda's card (HERE), so of course I wanted to play along and this is my take on the striped background! I used a striped stencil and a blending brush with some Lovely Lady ink and then simply added the die cut floral branch from Summer Sketches along with a sentiment strip using the Sentiment Suite: Thinking of You set. I was trying to channel my inner Heather Nichols with this card and stamped the Eucalyptus branches on kraft cardstock and then stamped with white pigment ink and Moonlit Fog (Gina K) ink. And of course I had to add the Mason jar from the Just Mason Around set. This card uses the Just Mason Around jar again and the Lemon Blossom set and will be going to my hubby as kind of a joke for his birthday. When he had a kidney stone a few months back, his boss told him that he used to get them (kidney stones) all the time until someone told him to drink lemonade, and since he's been drinking a quart of lemonade a week he hasn't had a kidney stone in 4 years. Truth or old wives tale?? I don't know, but I've been instructed to pick up lemonade every week at the grocery store since then! Anyway, FUN set to play with!! A simple card using the Simple Things stamp set...who would ever have thought Eucalyptus branches could be soooo pretty all on their own??!! And last but not least, a card inspired by Betsy's card using one of the stamps from Summer Sketches as a background stamp. And of course I had to use the Just Mason Around jar again because, well, you have to stamp them in every color combination to see what looks good (they ALL do!) and when they're all sitting there on your desk, well you use them!! Along with the purple flower from Fleur Impressions (Betsy's 1st release) and the flowers and leaves from Summer Sketches (yes, I stamped all kinds of color combo's with this stamp set too so I had lots to choose from!). A little bit of gingham (SU!) at the bottom of my card added to the country feel of this card. Now you know what I've been doing for the past week...it was like Christmas around here!! I still have the bird stamp set and branch stamp set to play with yet, but I will definitely get to them! :0) Thanks for stopping by today ... I love it when you do!

Hello Stampers! Happy Tuesday! Today, I want to share with you one of my favorite stamps sets.....the Lemon Zest Stamp Set! I love this set because I love lemons! Love their taste, their smell, and how they remind me of my dad. I’m sad that this set will be retiring June 3, 2019. I started with Pineapple Punch cardstock for the card base. Then, I used Pineapple Punch In Color DSP (which will be retiring soon) for the first layer. Before adhering the DSP to the card front I wrapped a piece of Granny Apple Green Texture Weave Ribbon and Whisper White Baker’s Twine. On scraps of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the lemons and leaves and punched them out with the Lemon Builder Punch. I adhered the leaves using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and adhered the Lemons with Stampin’ Up Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black. To finish the card I added some Granny Apple Green Enamel Dots. Today’s card was very easy to create. I was inspired by the sketch provided by CASE-ing Tuesday.
