Weight Worksheets- Non Standard Measurement / Kindergarten /Grade One Students. This is a fantastic set of 12 worksheets that are great to teaching Non- Standard Measurement - Weight . They are all no-prep printables and are in black and white so should be easy to print and use. I use these worksheets with my Year Ones, so would be most suited to Kindergarten or Grade One Weight. More details below. Who's the heaviest - look at the animals and who is heavier on the see-saw - color the heaviest animal x 2 Sort by weight - look at the 3 pictures in each box, color the heaviest picture in Red, color the lightest picture in Blue x 2 Order by Weight - cut out the 5 pictures and paste them from lightest to heaviest. x 1 Order by Weight - cut out the 5 pictures and paste them from heaviest to lightest. Compare the objects - cut out two of the objects below, weigh them on scales or using other weighing materials, paste them to show which is the heavier. x 2 How heavy is it? - choose 8 objects to weigh (either draw them or cut them out from the selection below) and weigh them with counting cubes/ paper clips, write down how many unifix cubes/paper clips each object weighs x 2 More, less, equal - choose and object, draw it, find and draw objects that weigh more, less and equal to that object. x1 Weigh the room- choose a weighing tool, find some objects to weigh with that tool, write down your estimated weight and then write down the actual weight for each object. x1 I tried to make sure all these non standard worksheets were varied and hope they are helpful to all the different levels in your classroom.
