I love when products from a variety of suites come together to make a beautiful card. Throughout the year I make cards as part of a group volunteer effort. These cards are donated to residents of a hospital for the chronically ill. The residents have no family, and they greatly look…

My card for today was created for the Try Stampin' on Tuesday Challenge #630. As a member of the Design Team, which I really love and so glad to be a part of, I not only get to create projects based on the sketches, but also get to see all the inspiration from other members. Here's the sketch: Optional Theme: Warm Drinks I used the Stampin' Up! Beary Cute & Magical Meadow Stamp Sets, Deckled Circles, A Walk in the Forest DSP along with Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder and Beary Cute Punch. For my card base, I used Balmy Blue cardstock followed by layers of A Walk in the Forest DSP. The Basic White cardstock behind the trees was embossed using the Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder. The sentiment is from the Beary Cute Stamp Set, stamped with Old Olive ink and cut at an angle for each word and adhered with dimensionals. The trees were fussy cut from DSP and adhered with adhesive on the bottom portion of each tree and dimensionals on the tops of each tree for dimension. For the finishing touches on my card I added Adhesive-Backed Glitter Sequins. The large bear was die cut using the Beary Cute Punch and the smaller bear was fussy cut from DSP. The large bear was adhered with dimensionals, with adhesive on his feet to ground him and the smaller bear was adhered with dimenisonals. The circles were die cut using Deckled Circles Dies. The larger circle from DSP and the smaller circle using Old Olive cardstock. DSP was also added on the envelope flap. Inside my card, I wanted to continue the design from the front and used a piece of scrap left over from die cutting the large circle and adhered it on the Basic White cardstock. DSP was added behind the white cardstock. The sentiment is from the Magical Meadow Stamp Set using Old Olive ink. Happy November Friends! Even though fall is my favorite season, I want to share some Christmas projects with you today. I've been wanting to share these projects for a couple of months now, but life has been SO busy! In September, I hosted a Beary Christmas craft retreat where we made six beary cute projects with the new Beary Cute bundle! I shared how to make the following fun-fold card and two of the table gifts on a Facebook Live. You can CLICK HERE to watch the video on how to make this card. I also show how best to cut the DSP with these images to maximize use for other cards as well. Fun Fold Card Measurements (in inches): Night of Navy card base: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, score at 4-1/4 DSP (speckled navy): 4 x 5-1/4 Basic White: 5-1/4 x 8; with 8" side at the tope, score at 4" and 6" DSP (balmy blue with stars): 2 x 5-1/4 DSP (baby bear): Use Stylish Shapes Dies to die-cut a circle with the baby bear image on it Basic White: Die-cut a circle (I used retired Layering Circle Dies) DSP (sleeping bears): 6" wide. After di-cutting the baby bear, fussy cut the sleeping bears image along the top, keeping it 6" wide Be sure to watch the video for tips on how to put this together. These are some of the other make & takes we made at the retreat: A simple card where the DSP does most of the work! This is a pouch to hold a 3 x 3 pack of Highland brand sticky notes. I forgot to take a picture of the inside! This card was a labor of love with all the fussy cutting and embossing, but I love how it turned out! Shop Stampin' Up! Here Hi Friends!My project today is a Christmas Treat Box that measures 3 3/4 x 4 1/4 x 1 1/4". I used the Beary Christmas stamp set & Punch Bundle, Beary Christmas Designer Series Paper, Stylish Shapes dies and Iridescent Discs. You can watch my Video Tutorial Here! I started with a piece of Real Red Cardstock sized 10 1/2 x 7 1/2" I scored the 10 1/2" side at: 1 1/4, 5, 6 1/4 and 10". I scored the 7 1/2" side at: 1 1/4, 5 1/2 and 6 3/4". To cut and put the box together you can watch my Video Tutorial Here. Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look like after scoring and cutting. I attached 6 pieces of Beary Christmas Designer Series Paper to the box. (2) 3 1/2 x 4" front and back (2) 1 x 4" long sides (2) 1 x 3 1/2" short sides I attached the DSP to the box with Liquid glue. I stamped the outline of the Tree with Old Olive Ink onto Old Olive Cardstock. I stamped the inside of the Tree with Old Olive Ink too. I stamped the Outline of the Bear and Gift onto Very Vanilla Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink. I stamped the Scarf the Real Red Ink. I colored the Present with a Dark Real Red Stampin' Blend. I cut the Bear out using the Beary Cute Punch. I cut the Tree and Present out by hand. I cut a square of Beary Christmas Designer Series Paper sized 2 3/4 x 2 3/4" using the Stylish Shapes dies. I attached the Tree first with Dimensionals and then the Present and Bear with Dimenisonals and Liquid Glue. I cut a pieces of Real Red Cardstock sized 3 x 3 1/3". I ran Real Red Ribbon around the rectangle and tied a bow at the top. I attached the Square to the bottom of the rectangle, over the ribbon, with Dimensionals. I attached the entire pieces to the front of the box with Dimensionals. For the final touch I added 3 Poppy Parade Iridescent Discs to the Tree. This month I'm sharing a project I made for my upcoming "Beary Cute" class. I'm very much into monochromatic. This card is case-in-point. Check it out! Isn't it cute? I love how the baby is just snuggling into mom/dad. So sweet! This bundle is SO versatile! You can use it for Christmas or winter birthdays. The images are varied so the bears can face left or right ... and of course who doesn't love to put scarves and toques on animals?!? lol. If you need a fun set that's in the budget, this is it. Welcome to the Stamp Review Crew's Wildlife Wonder edition! The "Crew" is a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world who pick a stamp set or bundle to highlight on the first and third Mondays of each month, with a bonus hop if there is a fifth Monday like today! If you landed here from Holly's blog, welcome! There are four of us today so it will be a quick hop. Wildlife Wonder is a ten piece cling (red rubber) set with fab outdoorsy images which are perfect for guy cards. With several male birthdays coming up, I made two birthday cards for today's hop. For the first one, I blended Misty Moonlight onto a Boho Blue card base. A 2" x 4-1/4" piece of Boho Blue was embossed (Metal Plate 3D) and matted on Basic White before being adhered to the front. I used the 2-3/8" circle punch to create a mask with copy paper. After the wolf was stamped through the opening I used Blending Brushes to add a Misty Moonlight sky and Pebbled Path boulder. This was then die cut (Stylish Shapes Dies) and popped up on dimensionals. The greeting was stamped and fussy cut and added with more dimensionals. For the second card, I stamped the bear using Early Espresso (with a Basic Gray shadow underneath) and die cut him with Countryside Corners Dies. The Black & White Gingham Ribbon was colored with a Light Pecan Pie Stampin' Blend and stapled on. The bear was popped up on Pecan Pie Glorious Gingham DSP and then popped on Basic Black, both also die cut. The background was embossed with the crosshatch Basics 3D folder, and after stamping the greeting, the ends were cut with the Banners Pick-A-Punch.
