My card for today was created for... A Stamp Above Creative Group - Sketch Challenge. This is a private FB group for members only who are part of Kelly's, Barb's or Dena's Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Teams. You all know that I love sketches! So when I saw this sketch, I knew I had to play along! For my "Hello" card, I used Stampin' Up! Softly Sophisticated Stamp Set, Lovely & Sweet Dies and Stylish Shapes Dies, Nature's Sweetness Specialty DSP and Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder. I began with my card base using Pecan Pie cardstock. The Nature's Sweetness Specialty DSP was adhered onto the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. The Pecan Pie square and coordinating DSP circle was die cut using Stylish Shapes Dies. The strips behind the circle are coordinating DSP and Pebbled Path cardstock which was embossed with Softly Sophisticated 3D Embossing Folder. The embellishments are Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems. Linen Thread was looped twice and adhered behind the sentiment. The image was die cut from DSP. The sentiment was stamped with Pecan Pie ink onto Basic White and cut at an angle on the right, while the left side was tucked behind the die cut. Inside my card is DSP layered with Basic White. Another image was die cut and adhered in the lower corner. DSP was also adhered onto the envelope flap and trimmed.
