The cards I have to share with you today are a sneak peek of some new up coming Online Exclusives. I have used the Magnolia Mood Bundle on both cards. I stamped the main image in Smoky Slate on Basic White card stock. I coloured the first image with Blends Markers in Bubble Bath, Smoky Slate, Old Olive, Mossy Meadow, and Daffodil Delight. I stamped one of the smaller images in Smoky Slate as a background piece. The Moody Mauve cardstock behind the image was cut with one of the Thoughtful Expressions Dies that was then embossed with the Timeworn Type embossing folder. For the second card I coloured the magnolia with Soft Sea Foam, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive. Behind the magnolia on the card front I used a Blending Brush to add a faint shading of Mossy Meadow ink. The greeting I used is from another new Online Exclusive called Sweetly Scripted. It also has Happy Birthday, Congratulations, Happy Anniversary and a few others. The die cut pieces behind the main image are cut from other dies in the Magnolia Mood Dies. The Online Exclusives are available to customers from the 5th of March. Please contact me for more information or with any questions. Rachel.

Hi there stamping friends! Thanks for stopping here at my blog. Today I'm playing along with the sketch challenge over at the Global Design Project #450 | #GDP450 | Sketch Challenge. I love the simplicity of the sketch and how much 'creative licence' it gives you. You can keep your creation fairly simple or go all out with a sketch like this. I think I've gone somewhere in between. I've gone for a bit of a white on white card today with a little touch ogf neutrals. I do love a beautiful white card and I think the neutrals that I've paired with the white create a classic and classy look. I've used the beautiful and intricate magnolia dies from the Magnolia Mood bundle to create a faux embossed look. This is where the same coloured die cuts are layered on the same colour cardstock to create an 'embossed' look. It looks like it's embossed but it's not. I've used for the very first time the Silver Enamel Effects and I love the gorgeous shinny metaillic affect they give. Watch this space to see some more Enamel Effects. They are a cost efffective way to add 'embellishments' to any project. I've used the Country Woods DSP to add the banner element like as in the sketch and then I've finished the card off with some Baker's Twine, Black and Very Vanilla Large Check Ribbon and the embossed Happy Birthday Sentiment. I do hope that you've enjoyed my take on the GDP sketch and I hope you try the faux embossing technique, it really gives a beautiful look to any creation. Thanks so much for stopping by! I used the Stampin’ Up! Magnolia Mood stamp set bundle from the Online Exclusives to create a birthday card to share with you today. I made this card out on my Instagram account this morning…
Hello everyone, The beautiful Magnolia Mood Bundle (#163507), a new product you can find on the “online exclusives”, has been used for today’s card. I stamped the 2 images from the Magnolia Mood stamp set (#163502) with Smokey Slate ink (#147113) and cut them with the co-ordinating dies from the Magnolia Mood dies (#163506). The flowers were coloured with Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends (#161675) and the leaves with Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends (#154902) and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends (#154892). I dry embossed the Bubble Bath card (#161727) with the Timeworn 3D Embossing Folder (#156505). I attached a piece of the Country Lace 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (#163415) to the card front. This DSP is a sneak peek from the next Annual Catalogue. The Bubble Bath card was matted with Basic Black card (#121688) and attached to the Basic White base card. The sentiment from the So Sincere stamp set (#162283) was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) and cut with a Stylish Shapes die (#159183). The sentiment & larger flower was attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I used Soft Sea Foam card (#147012) to cut the detailed leaves using Magnolia Mood dies. This card was backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334). The flower bud was attached with Mini Glue Dots (#103683). Clear Wink Of Stella (#141897) was used on the flowers to add that bit of glimmer. “Love what you do and share what you love.” INSPIRE. CREATE. Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I am hopping along with other members of the Free Demonstrator Training Program by Bruno and Kylie Bertucci. I have learned so much through this training group since I first became a demonstrator. We love doing our Monthly Team Blog Hops with our general theme for all the hops being customer and team thank you or congrats cards. Today's Project Today's project is a thank you card that I am providing to my customers this month as a thank you for their orders. Demonstrators have been able to preorder the Online Exclusives that will be released in March and I received a few of my new favorites last week. I couldn't resist using one of them this month's card. I love spoiling my customers and I hope that they enjoy my gratitude as much as I enjoy sharing new ideas and techniques with them. Project Details Magnolia Mood is such a classic stamp set that is perfect for anyone who loves these blooms as much as I do. I love this bloom so much which is associated with the South so much. I hope that my customers will appreciate this touch of Southern hospitality that I will be sharing with them this month as they place their orders during these last few weeks of Sale-a-Bration! The largest image from the stamp set was stamped three times with Pecan Pie ink onto a Very Vanilla cardstock layer. The leaves and stamen were colored with Light Wild Wheat and Dark Mossy Meadow Stampin' Blends Markers. The sentiment was stamped with Pecan Pie ink and fussy cut to fit within the petals. The inside was layered, stamped and colored to compliment the card front. The Very Vanilla Medium Envelope was stamped and colored on the front and the flap to complete the card ensemble. Fun Friday for me is to play with a challenge, so for inspiration I looked no further than the latest offering from Freshly Made Sketches. I'm still enjoying the Magnolia Mood bundle and this sketch drew me to it again. I stamped, coloured and diecut out the large magnolia image and one of the smaller conebud images. They are coloured with Stampin' Blends in Old Olive, Fresh Freesia and Highland Heather with a touch of Daffodil Delight. I added in some extra die cut leaves to fill out the arrangement. I masked off a 2cm deep section of the card base and then sponged with Daffodil Delight ink. Hard to see in the picture is the fine splattering of Wink of Stella I added at this point. Once the mask was removed there was a line of clear space. So then I had to be brave and stamp the sentiment directly onto the base! After mounting onto a Fresh Freesia card base, I added in a trio of gems from the Purple Fine Shimmer Gem pack to finish off. Got to have a little bling, right? The Magnolia Mood bundle is sooo gorgeous. I think I’ve said that before! I coloured the magnolia with our watercolour pencils and a blender pen. I layered the die cut image onto a piece of Basic White card stock that had been embossed with the Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder which I blended a little Crumb Cake ink over. I added some Lemon Lolly Solid Gems and a sentiment to complete the card.

Hi my crafty friends, The Wild Ferns stamp set (#162648) is where you will find the fern I used on today’s card. The fern was stamped with Mossy Meadow ink (#147111) onto Basic White card (#159228). I cut this and the Mossy Meadow card with dies from the Nested Essentials (#161597). The DSP for the card front is from the Nature’s Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper (#162616). This was matted with Mossy Meadow card, then attached to the Basic White base card. The 2 strips of DSP are from the Country Woods Designer Series Paper (#163393). “Happy Birthday” from the So Sincere stamp set (#162283) was stamped with Mossy Meadow ink and cut with a die from the Delicate Forest dies (#162679). The sentiment and fern were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). The embellishments are from the retired Adhesive-Backed Speckled Dots. “Love what you do and share what you love.” INSPIRE. CREATE.
