J'avais pas de recette précise alors j'ai fait au feeling donc ça méritera des ajustements, d'autres tentatives mais ce premier essai était ... pas mal ;) Avant la cuisson et la préparation: Le résultat: Ingrédients: 30 fleurs de courgettes 10 petites courgettes 1 demi jambonneau (240g) 250 g de riccota 6 tomates séchées à l'huile 1 gousse d'ail sel, poivre Marche à suivre: Laver les fleurs, les sécher et enlever le pistil Râper les courgettes, émincer finement la gousse d'ail. Faire cuire quelques minutes dans une poêle avec une cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive .. ça ne doit pas colorer. Saler, poivrer . Laisser refroidir. Hacher le jambonneau et les tomates séchées. Mélanger avec la ricotta. Mélanger le tout aux courgettes. Garnir (avec une poche à douilles c'est plus simple) délicatement les fleurs. Les placer dans un plat préalablement huilé. Disposer sur chacune des fleurs une noix de beurre. Faire cuire entre 15 et 20' au four à 200 °C. Laisser refroidir avant de déguster. Avis: C'était pas mal. J'ai trouvé que le goût de l'ail était un peu trop présent mais visiblement cela n'a gêné que moi. On doit pouvoir mettre des olives noires ou des anchois à l'huile dans la farce pour apporter un peu plus de goût ... il faut essayer.
