I really enjoy creating new cards with the new Dragon Dreams stamp set and the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits. I love how you can use the same stamp set and color and yet the cards are equally simple and pretty in their own way. Bundle the Draongfly Dreams stamp set and Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits and save 10%
The card I made last week is made using the Fancy Flora Suite Collection, which I made on my 'Live with Michele'. every Friday at 1pm
I had three friends join me to watch the Making A Difference for Ukraine demonstration on Friday, April 1. We enjoyed seeing the cards the Stampin' Up!™ employees presented and listening to them banter as they worked. Of course, we did some laughing and talking too! You can watch a recording of the presentation yourself if you sign on to Facebook and go to Sara's page at Sara Douglass, Stampin' Up! CEO. Just scroll down a bit in the posts and you'll see the recording. I donated the fee I would have normally charged for the cards my ladies made....

I am once again determined to be organised for christmas early this year. And the only way that will happen, is if I start on my cards now..., hence this class. Plus, its always fun to make chrissy cards and gifts. In this class I have kept things pretty simple, so you will be able to whip through them all at a great speed...... The first card uses traditional colours and a bit of lace, with a marker stamped image and a hint of chalk. Then I just had to include these oh soooo easy bags. They are a perfect size for so many things. They use a single sheet of paper with no cutting and minimal adhesive. I have already made half a dozen, they are so addictive. I will have lots of paper choices out for you, so you can make your bag in a colour of your choice. They really a good size so they will fit a reasonable size gift in them This is the card my kids love. Cute little stocking hanging in a row. This card uses not so traditional colours, but is pretty with loads of glitter and glam. And lastly a more country style card, with selective embossing. I am offering this class on Saturday 23rd at 10.30am and Wednesday 27th at 10am. Class cost is $25 and includes all materials and tools. If you would like to attend please email me so I can prepare a kit for you.

Amazing what you can do with paper scraps... especially when they are paper scraps are from paper as pretty as the Expressions In Ink Designer Series Paper. Each strip measures about 1" in width. I cut out the leaf in Gold Foil using the Artistic Dies. TIP: The leaf from the Artistic Dies is thin and delicate, so I use my Stampin' Up! Silicone Craft Sheet with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the leaf to the card. I poured a little glue on the sheet and use a small piece of sponge to pick up the glue and put on the back of the leaf.
