This week I've been using the gorgeous Enduring Beauty Bundle for my cards. You can do so much with all the different components, but I also wanted to show how you can use it in a simple form
The Stampin' Up! Enduring Beauty Bundle was on the top of my list of from the Jan-April 2024 Mini Catalogue that launches on the 4th Jan. It has Stamps, Dies and Decorative Masks. I shared my first play in a recent video I made one of these card for my Mum's Birthday and her favourite colour is blue so that exactly that, but blues you normally wouldn't put together and they look amazing. These matching masks create the perfect details in the stamped image using Blending Brushes. I paired the sentiment with the Stylish Shapes and some more blending with both the Iridescent Foil Gems and 23-25 In Colour Dots to finish the card. Colours: Boho Blue, Blueberry Bushel, Misty Moonlight, Soft Sea Foam, Old Olive, Basic White Click on the Photo below for a List of Supplies and visit my Shop to Purchase the Product To See how this card came together watch my VIDEO on You Tube SHOP NOW - go to my Online Store or contact me to place an order RIGHT NOW Be sure to check out my CLASSES below or consider Hosting a Party and share your love of Stampin' Up! and the NEW Catalogue with your friends. A beautiful birthday card made using the Enduring Beauty masks and Blending Brushes by Stampin' Up!
Last Week I had my first play with the Stampin' Up! Enduring Beauty Bundle. This week's challenge was to use the Enduring Beauty Decorative Masks without the Stamp Set. I shared the process in a video and I'm really happy with how they came out. I used the registration marks in the masks which helped so much with the lining up, as does taping them down. I added the sentiment from the matching Stamp set to finish the card with Iridescent Foil Gems Colours: Bubble Bath, Melon Mambo, Berry Burst, Mossy Meadow, Pebbled Path, Basic White Click on the Photo below for a List of Supplies and visit my Shop to Purchase the Product To See how this card came together watch my VIDEO on You Tube SHOP NOW - go to my Online Store or contact me to place an order RIGHT NOW Be sure to check out my CLASSES below or consider Hosting a Party and share your love of Stampin' Up! and the NEW Catalogue with your friends. These stamps, dies and masks are so fun to use. I feel like there are thousands of color combinations you can combine with a dozen different techniques! For this card, I used the Nature's Sweetness 12X12 Specialty Designer Series Paper. The gold embellished book print paper adds interest to the lovely yellow roses. The main image was stamped in black and die cut using the large die. Next the 5 masks were used in order with: mask 1 Lemon Lolly, mask 2 Old Olive and Boho Blue flowers, mask 3 Lemon Lolly, mask 4 Mossy Meadow (nothing over the flowers except accidental Mossy Meadow), mask 5 Pumpkin Pie but VERY lightly You don't have to mask or color with Stampin' Blends. You can also use it in a monochrome in this case with the Forever Love 12X12 Specialty Designer Series Paper and matching ribbon and gems. So rich....Embossed in Gold on Pretty Peacock would also be amazing with this! This main image was inked with Stampin' Write Markers in Garden Green, Bubble Bath and Crushed Curry. Then I used our lovely masks (excluding #5) in Bubble Bath and Soft Seafoam. The Sale-a-Bration $100 choice, Softly Sophisticated embossing folder (it also comes with a different stamp set) makes a great background. This Fresh Freesia creation was stamped with a lightly inked Gray Granite ink pad. Then, I used Fresh Freesia for Mask 1, Soft Seafoam and Lemon Lolly for Mask 2, Highland Heather for Mask 3, Soft Seafoam (mine was very well inked) and Blackberry Bliss for Mask 5. As I mentioned in the video, if you want a less modern art styled look, don't use Mask 5. This card is unstamped and uses Lemon Lolly, Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Lemon Lime Twist and Parakeet Party. This grand-looking deep red design was colored with Stampin' Blends in Light Cherry Cobbler, Light and Dark Real Red, Light and Dark Sweet Sorbet and Dark Poppy Parade. The flower buds are Light and Dark Lemon Lolly, and the greens used were Light Shaded Spruce and Light and Dark Granny Apple Green for a rich and eye catching color combination. Stampin' Up! Enduring Beauty Bundle, Enduring Beauty Decorative Masks, Sweetly Scripted Stamp Set, simple cards, stepped up cards, stenciled cards
Hello friends, I have just received an order of some of the new products which will be available to purchase from the upcoming Mini Catalogue from 4th January 2024, so I couldn't wait to play with them. There are some very exciting new products in the mini catty as well as the fantastic Sale-a-bration products where you can earn free products by shopping, hosting or joining Stampin’ Up! Please contact me if you want any information regarding Sale-a-bration. I stamped the floral image from the Enduring Beauty Stamp set (#162670). This was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (#132708) on Basic White card (#159228). Also available with this set is the Enduring Beauty Decorative Masks (#162673). There are 5 masks in the set and each one allows you to colour different parts of the floral image using Blending Brushes (#153611). The inks I have used are Bubble Bath (#161664), Fresh Freesia (#155611), Highland Heather (#147103), Gorgeous Grape (#147099), Lemon Lime Twist (#147145) and Crushed Curry (#147087). This was then cut with the Enduring Beauty Dies (#162672). The Enduring Beauty Bundle (#162674) includes the stamp set, dies and masks. There are 10 sentiments included in the embossing folder and dies. The background is one of the beautiful designs from the Most Adored 12”x12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (#162976). This is a pack from the Sale-a-bration products and free with a $90 purchase (in Australia). I attached the floral image with Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430). I cut the leaves and buds with dies also from the Enduring Beauty dies. I used Lemon Lime Twist card (#121680), Bubble Bath card (#161727) and Fresh Freesia card (#155614), all backed with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) and these were attached to the card. “Hello” is from the Thoughtful Moments Hybrid Embossing Folder (#162927). This embossing folder also includes dies which fit into the folder and cuts and embosses an image at the same time. The dies can be used separately like any other die. To achieve the fine outline of ink on the sentiment, I used the new Stampin’ Brayer (#162936) and applied Fresh Freesia ink onto the embossing folder. I then placed the dies and Basic White card into the folder and cut & embossed the sentiment. I also cut a piece of Gorgeous Grape card (#147011) with the die and used this as a shadow effect. “Hello” was attached to the card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). “Love what you do and share what you love.” INSPIRE. This exquisite handmade thank you card showcases the versatility of the Enduring Beauty Bundle from Stampin' Up. The card's focal point features lush flowers from the bundle, expertly watercolored in vibrant Melon Mambo, with complementary Old Olive leaves creating a striking botanical arrangement. Gold heat embossing adds an elegant touch to the floral outlines and delicate leaf accents, enhancing the bundle's intricate designs. The Exposed Brick Embossing Folder provides a textured background, offering a perfect contrast to the smooth, colorful blooms. A gold ribbon and the heartfelt 'So thankful for you' sentiment, also from the Enduring Beauty Bundle, complete this

Hello, hello, hello! Happy Friday! Welcome and thank you for joining me on my blog today. I've just had a very well deserved and much needed Christmas Break with my family and some time away camping in our caravan. Lots of fun in the sun, stand up paddle boarding, swimming in the lake, swimming at the beach, boating, knee-boarding, 4WD, reading a few books and lots of all-round summer fun! Was so good to be away in the great outdoors of Australia. Gosh I love summer! Back to reality now. Over at Just Add Ink, to kick off the first challenge for the year we are commencing 2024 with a blog hop to go with the new challenge. Our theme for this hop and the challenge is Just Add In #685 | Just Add Flowers. This is such a fabulous theme to kick start the Just Add Ink year! Every one loves flowers, well nearly everyone. I'm a bit of a sucker for a floral stamp and the new Enduring Beauty Bundle with coordinating masks in the Stampin' Up! 2024 Jan - April Mini Catalogue caught my attention at first glance. Super pretty right? I've used the stamp and masks on Crumb Cake cardstock today for a different look. I do love colouring images on Crumb Cake cardstock as I love how the colours of the ink look different as opposed to using Basic White cardstock. All three cards that I've made for you today are all the same except for the colour combinations to colour the flowers. What's your favourite? I do love them all, of course, but the purple one is really standing out to me as my favourite. Colours used Flowers - Bubble Bath, Flirty Flamingo and Berry Burst Leaves - Old Olive and Mossy Meadow Colours used Flowers - Lemon Lolly and Daffodil Delight Leaves - Old Olive and Mossy Meadow Colours Used Flowers - Fresh Fresia and Highland Heather Leaves - Old Olive and Mossy Meadow To create the cards I stamped the floral image on with Versamark ink and then used Black embossing powder for the image outline. Then over the floral image I layered over the Enduring Beauty Decorative Masks to layer on the colour using Blending Brushes. Each mask has detailed floral designs that add depth and colour to your paper crafting projects. Use one mask alone to add a subtle accent. Or you can layer them to create a rich floral image of your own design. The masks definitely make colouring an image so quick and easy thats for sure. I used three colours on the 'pink' card only due to the fact that I thought the Bubble Bath was too light against the Berry Burst so I went in again over the Bubble Bath with Flirty Flamingo to achieve a better contrast. All cards were finished off with a drawn border, Crumb Cake Splatters, Linen Thread, a Happy Birthday sentiment and some embellishments. What colours do you think would work together when using the Enduring Beauty masks? Next up on the blog hop is fabulous Nikki Spencer with her amazing creation. Make sure you click your way around to everyone on the hop as there are lots of gorgeous creations and lots of different takes on our 'Just Add Flowers' theme 1.Kerry Parkinson 2. Kim Badelt 3. Old Olive with Thoughtful Expressions & Enduring Beauty Hello. Welcome to Valley Inspirations with Andrea and the Art with Heart Colour Creations Blog Hop. We are working though the Stampin' Up! colours in alphabetical order, focussing on one colour each week. This week’s Blog Hop is focussing on a muted green called Old Olive. Old Olive is part of the Regals Colour Family and is a wonderful yellow green that can coordinate with so many colours. This colour is lovely for leaves, trees and anything requiring a muted green. Old Olive is produced in Stampin' Up!'s card-stock, both A4 & 12"x12"; Classic Stampin' inks (ink pads & re-inkers); Stampin' Write Marker; Stampin’ Blends Combo; Watercolor Pencils Assortment 1, Regals Designer Series Paper, as well as Just Kiddin’ and Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Papers; Forever Friends and Rustic Christmas Countdown Kits; Loose Daisy Embellishments and Ombre Matt Decorative Dots. Old Olive ink, card-stock, Stampin’ Write Marker, Stampin’ Blends Combo and Ombre Matt Decorative Dots have been used in the creation of these projects plus a range of non-Old Olive bits and pieces. CARD 1: The first card features one of the delightful new bundles from the January-April 2024 Mini Catalogue that launched earlier this month. There is so much to love in this catalogue. Do check it out. (I would love to help you if you don’t have a demonstrator already). Floral images from the gorgeous Thoughtful Expressions stamp set were stamped in Gray Granite Classic Stampin’ ink on Basic White card-stock. These images were coloured with Stampin’ Blends combos, including Old Olive for the leaves, plus Petal Pink, Calypso Coral and Lemon Lolly combos. As I knew I would be fussy cutting some images to add a second layer, I fussy cut all the images for consistency. The Thoughtful Expressions dies not only contains dies to cut out all the images, but also fine leaves and a loopy flower. These were cut from Basic White card-stock. The dies also includes layering scalloped circle labels - so gorgeous. A mid-size label was also cut from Basic White card-stock. A Basic White card front was dry embossed with the wonderful Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder. (I think the last photo at the bottom of this blog shows the embossing best.) The label was splattered with Old Olive ink from a Stampin’ Write Marker and then popped up with Dimensionals on the embossed background. The coloured and die cut pieces were arranged using both Multipurpose Liquid Glue and some Dimensionals. The two larger flowers had extra flowers layered on top to give extra dimension to these flowers. A sentiment from the stamp set was white heat embossed on Old Olive card-stock and partially cut with the trimmer and partially fussy cut. The final touches included a double White Bakers Twine bow and a few Old Olive Ombre Matte Decorative Dots (from the Ombre Matte Decorative Dots from the Annual Catalogue). The card inner for writing a personal message is simply Basic White card-stock decorated with some Blends coloured and fussy cut images and a Gray Granite stamped sentiment. (A stamp from the Notes of Nature stamp set was sitting on my crafting space and seemed to be just right for the card.) A Basic White C6 envelope was stamped with the Thoughtful Expressions floral image also in Gray Granite ink. CARD 2: I recently saw Jacque Williams create a “one layer card” using 2 layers. As you may know, I love creating multi layer cards with dimension, and really struggle to create simple cards; however, Jacque inspired me to challenge myself. This card is in the style of a “single layer card” but with 2 layers, however, I couldn’t resist some twine and embellishments. Last week I used the new Enduring Beauty stamps. This week I have used the coordinating stencils without the stamped outline image. Like Jacque, I have added a seperate card front. I believe this gives the card extra body and easily enables certain techniques to add texture. The coordinating Enduring Beauty stencils were used with some of Stampin’ Up!s wonderful Blending Brushes. The flowers were coloured with Bubble Bath and Berry Burst Classic inks and the leaves with Old Olive ink. Some light splattering was added with an Old Olive Stampin’ Write Marker. The sentiment comes from a Saleabration stamp set - Softly Sophisticated stamps. This set is paired with an embossing folder and can be chosen with an order of at least $180.00. The sentiment was stamped in Gray Granite ink. To give some added texture / interest, the scoring blade on a Stampin’ Trimmer was used to score a double border a little in from the 4 edges (ie 5mm & 8mm in from each edge). Also each edge of the card front was carefully run along an Old Olive ink pad to give a fine border, instead of mounting the card front onto an Old Olive card-stock layer. As mentioned, I couldn’t resist tying a double length of white Bakers Twine around the folded centre of the card, tying it in a bow at the front, a little down from the top. The addition of a few Old Olive Ombre Matte Decorative Dots don’t technically fit in with one layer, but they do add a little ‘something’. A Basic White card inner (not shown) was decorated with a thin stencilled strip, cut from the card front and another sentiment, this time from the Enduring Beauty stamp set. A Basic White C6 Envelope was stamped with the floral outline image in Old Olive ink. Thank you so much for dropping by on you way around the Colour Creations Blog Hop. While again we are a smaller group, I am sure there will be so much Old Olive inspiration. Don’t miss checking out each blog. To continue with the Old Olive blog hop just click the "next" graphic below to be taken to the blog of a special lady, Kate Morgan. I am looking forward to checking out Kate’s creation(s).
