Il m’arrive souvent d’avoir des fringales en milieu de journée ou tard le soir et de ne pas savoir quoi grignoter. Avant, pour me rassasier, je finissais toujours par manger le premier truc qui me tombait sous la main. La plupart du temps, c’était une collation mauvaise pour la santé. C’est pourquoi j’ai commencé à me faire des petites barres sucrées, excellentes pour la santé, qui se cuisinent à l’avance et se conservent plusieurs jours au frigo. Cette recette est très polyvalente et peut être modifiée chaque fois qu’on la fait. Par exemple, je remplace parfois les noix de pécan par des noix de cajou, des noix du Brésil ou encore des pistaches. D’autres fois, je troque le chocolat pour des fruits séchés. Bref, ces barres sans cuisson sont à déguster sans culpabilité. Le bonheur, quoi!
