This is the fourth of five posts, one for each colour giving you a sneak peek of the new colours and some of the new stamp sets being released with the new annual catalogue on 1 June 2016. If you are interested in Stampin' Up! products and are located in Australia, please contact me as I'd be happy to assist you. I was fortunate to be selected by Stampin' Up! to make card samples using the brand new Stampin' Up! 2016-18 In-Colors for the demonstrator only #OnStage2016 event held in Sydney on 16 April. Colour #4: Emerald Envy Emerald Envy is a beautiful rich green which works well with other Stampin' Up! colours such as Elegant Eggplant, Delightful Dijon and Pacific Point plus Gold Foil or Glimmer paper. This card features Emerald Envy 2016-18 In-Color DSP and card stock along with the new Sitting Here stamp which was used for the sentiment. I've also used the current Botanical Builders framelits to create the flower and ferns which were layered onto Lots of Labels die cuts. The card base was embossed with the Elegant Dots TIEF and a sprinkling of gold trim sequins gives a hint of sparkle to the card. The top corners were created using the Curvy Corner Trio punch. This simple masculine card features Emerald Envy 2016-18 In-Color DSP, classic ink and card stock. The card base was embossed using the Boho Chic TIEF and the rosette which had been stamped using the Sunburst Sayings dotted border was layered on top along with the flag sentiment stamped from Crazy About You. This card features Emerald Envy 30.5cmx30.5cm 2016-18 In-Color DSP stack and card stock along with the new Gift of Love hostess stamp set. I heat embossed the flower in gold and highlighted the leaves with gold Wink of Stella. Some 1/8" Gold ribbon, Gold foil paper and Gold sequins provide some sparkle to this card. This card features the Emerald Envy 30.5cmx30.5cm 2016-18 In-Color DSP stack and classic ink along with the new Love You Lots and Layering Love stamp sets. I watercoloured then fussy cut the frog from the Love You Lots stamp set and layered him onto a Delightful Dijoncard stock oval and Botanical builders framelit leaf. The sentiment from the Layering Love stamp set was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and the Emerald Envy splatters come from the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set. I hope you've enjoyed this sneak peek of some new stamp sets and the Emerald Envy 2016-18 In-Color. Please check back later to see the last colour. I was fortunate to be selected by Stampin' Up! to make card samples using the brand new Stampin' Up! 2016-18 In-Colors for the demonstrator only #OnStage2016 event held in Sydney on 16 April. I received a couple of new stamp sets along with the five new colours and was asked to make 20 card samples (four of each colour) to highlight the new 2016-18 In-Colors. This is the second of five posts, one for each colour giving you a sneak peek of the new colours and some of the new stamp sets being released with the new annual catalogue on 1 June 2016. If you are interested in Stampin' Up! products and are located in Australia, please contact me as I'd be happy to assist you. Colour #2: Peekaboo Peach Peekaboo Peach is a lovely apricot colour which works well with many of the other Stampin' Up! colours such as Pumpkin Pie and Chocolate Chip. This card features Peekaboo Peach card stock and classic ink along with the new Sitting Here stamp set. This is a terrific stamp set for creating scenes like the one above. I used sponging and watercolouring techniques to create this card. The overhanging trees were created using the current In the Meadow stamp set. I fussy cut several of the stamped images used on this card to layer them and add dimension. This corner fold card features Peekaboo Peach card stock, 2016-18 In-Color DSP stack and classic ink along with the new Sitting Here stamp set. I dry embossed the front of the card with the Elegant Dots TIEF for some added texture. The 'happy birthday' sentiment from the Birthday Blossoms stamp set was stamped in Tip Top Taupe and layered onto a Pumpkin Pie banner. This card features Peekaboo Peach 30.5cmx30.5cm 2016-18 In-Color DSP stack and classic ink along with the new Gift of Love hostess stamp set. I used the masking technique when stamping the flowers on this card. I also used Chocolate Chip classic ink and card stock and added a decorative touch to the top corner with the retiring Curvy Corner Trio punch. Some pearls and white bakers twine complete the card. This card features the Peekaboo Peach 30.5cmx30.5cm 2016-18 In-Color DSP stack and classic ink along with the new Layering Love stamp set. I sponged Peekaboo Peach, Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight & Pool Party onto some Whisper White card stock then created the butterflies from the sponged card stock by using the Bitty Butterfly punch or Butterflies thinlets. Some Black bakers twine and a few Rhinestones add a little sparkle to the card. I hope you've enjoyed this sneak peek of some new stamp sets and the Peekaboo Peach 2016-18 In-Color. Check back later for further colour sneak peeks. It's Friday..Yay! That means another week has come and gone and we are that much closer to spring...:0) It also means it's time for another challenge over at Just Add Ink . Kim has given us a gorgeous colour combo for this week and looking at the design teams projects, it's safe to say it was popular and so pretty. Don't forget to pop by the challenge blog and check them out..:0) I decided to mix my florals this week and using two new sets from SU, Bunch of Blossoms & Penned & Painted, this was what l came up with. I stamped a variety of images from both using Archival Black ink on watercolour paper and watercoloured them using the challenge colours and my aqua pen. Once dry, l flicked a generous amount of Wink of Stella Gold (not that you can see it), added some random black dots to create stamens on the two center flowers, stamped my greeting and finished off with some gold twine, glimmer and some dazzling gold details to add that extra little wow. Thanks for stopping by! All supplies used are Stampin Up unless noted! (non SU stitched border)
This is the first of five posts, one for each colour giving you a sneak peek of the new colours and some of the new stamp sets being released with the new annual catalogue on 1 June 2016. If you are interested in Stampin' Up! products and are located in Australia, please contact me as I'd be happy to assist you. Colour #1: Sweet sugarplum Sweet sugarplum is a soft muted colour which works well with many of the other Stampin' Up! colours such as Rich Razzleberry, Pink Pirouette, Blushing Bride, Smoky Slate and Mint Macaron. This 'happy mother's day' card features the Sweet Sugarplum 30.5cm x 30.5cm (12x12") 2016-18 In-Color DSP stack, card stock, ruched ribbon and classic ink along with the Circle of Spring stamp set and Wondrous Wreath framelits. This card features the Sweet Sugarplum 30.5cmx30.5cm 2016-18 In-Color DSP stack, card stock, ruched ribbon and classic ink along with the new Love You Lots hostess stamp set. I watercoloured the elephant and mouse using Smoky Slate and a touch of Sweet Sugarplum classic ink. This card features the Sweet Sugarplum 30.5cmx30.5cm DSP stack, card stock and classic ink along with the new Layering Love stamp set. I used the current First Sight stamp set, silver metallic foil doily and bow builder punch to add a touch of elegance to this card. My last Sweet Sugarplum card featured the new Gift of Love hostess stamp set. This is a gorgeous two step stamp set and the 'For You' sentiment is also from this same set. I created a layered frame using the Lots of Labels framelits with Night of Navy and Sweet Sugarplum card stock. I hope you've enjoyed this sneak peek of some new stamp sets and the Sweet Sugarplum 2016-18 In-Color. Check back for the other four colours. I’ve been a bit quiet on the blog front of late due to a secret project I’ve been working on. But today is the big reveal to you all!! I was honoured to be chosen as a Display Stamper …
Here are my Top 10 product picks from the 2016/17 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue.
It’s that time again: Stampin’ Up! is getting ready to retire stamps and accessories from both the annual and occasions catalogs. As sad as it is to see these products go, there’s still time…
Hello and welcome to the ESAD 2016-17 Annual catalogue blog hop. You may have hopped here from Lou's blog or if you are just starting then I hope you enjoy our hop we have for you today. “What is ESAD? ESAD stands for "Extra Special Australasian Demonstrators" and is a facebook group just for Australian and New Zealand Independent Stampin' Up! demonstrators. We love what we do & love to share with our customers, friends and blog visitors. We also share what we love in our ESAD Demonstrator community, through swaps, challenges, sharing knowledge, ideas& friendship and we're always there to help and support each other. So if you are a Stampin' Up! demonstrator located in Australia or New Zealand then please feel free to leave me a comment with your email address then I'll contact you with information on how to join our group.” It has been so exciting playing with new product from the new catalogue. I was lucky enough to stamp off a few images from the hostess set Love You Lots from a friend and then made these cards using the new nesting square framelits as well. Aren't they so cute. Of course the set is now on my wish list. The hostess set Gift of Love is another set I really like as even though its a 3 step stamp I added some shading to give the flowers more depth. I have used paper from the Playful Pallet DSP stack. I saw this little owl made using stamps from Swirly Bird and thought I would give him a go. Its quite amazing how many ideas I have seen using this set. This card I made as a Tri fold card and as I had coloured and cut lots of flowers from the set Love and Affection, I decided to just glue them on the front and then cut around the edge and add some more flowers on the right flap inside. I wasn't going to buy this set but now am glad I did as I have enjoyed making cards with this. That's all for today from me but if you hop on over to Richelle's Blog there will be more lovely projects for you to see. Have fun! Andrea BLOG HOP PARTICIPANTS: 1. Welcome to another INKreator Blog hop. We went on a short hiatus due to our fearless leader, Liv, having her second child, a little boy. He is super cute and we are all so super happy for Liv and the wonderful new addition to her family. So we are back with the blog hops and in this hop we are showing some of the all new, all fabulous products from the Stampin' Up! 2016 - 2017 Annual Catalogue. I've chosen to have a create with the oh so gorgeous stamp set Fairy Celebration. I fell in love with this set as soon as I set my eyes on it when I first looked through my catalogue. I also knew that my 7 year old daugher would love it too. She is actually waiting for me to stamp a heap of the fairy images for her so she can colour them in too. I've only used 2 of the 3 fairy images and I've gone to what I love to do the most when I craft, water colour!!! I've used the Shimmery White cardstock as my base. I find that doesn't bleed as much as the watercolur paper when laying down layers of colour. It aslo makes for a beautiful shimmery look that goes perfectly with the fairies. I also prefer to use and Aqua painter over the Blender Pens as I find I get a better coloured image with the Aqua painters over the Blender Pens but that is just a personal preference. I'm loving these cards and I think that if I don't save one for my daughters birthday in September, I know I'm going to be in a whole lot of trouble from her. Next on the hop is the ever fabulous Lauren and her creations using some of the new and amazing In Colours. I'm sure you wont be dissapointed. Thanks so much for stopping by! This is the last of five posts, one for each of the new Stampin' Up! 2016-18 In-Colors being released in the new Stampin' Up! annual catalogue which starts on 1 June 2016. This sneak peek lets you view the new colour and some of the new stamp sets available in the 2016-17 annual catalogue. If you are interested in Stampin' Up! products and are located in Australia, please contact me as I'd be happy to assist you. I was selected by Stampin' Up! to make 20 card samples in total using the five new colours for the demonstrator only OnStage event held in Sydney on 16 April and my brief was to highlight the new colour. Below are the four Flirty Flamingo coloured cards that I created for #OnStage2016. Colour #5 Flirty Flamingo Flirty Flamingo is a bright, vibrant pink which works well with many of the other Stampin' Up! colours such as Watermelon Wonder and Pear Pizzazz. Who can resist these cute little ladybirds from the Lots of Love stamp set. This card features Flirty Flamingo card stock and 2016-18 In-Color DSP stack along with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, Watermelon Wonder, Whisper White and Silver glimmer card stock. I dry embossed the large Flirty Flamingo card stock banner with the Happy Hearts TIEF layered it over the Watermelon Wonder banner. I then added the smaller banners and circles with the ladybirds over the larger vertical banners. Some Silver 1/8" ribbon and Silver sequins completed the card. This card features Flirty Flamingo card stock, classic ink and ruched ribbon. I've also used the Grateful Bunch stamp set and co-ordinating Blossom Bunch punch for the flowers and lace border. The Grateful Bunch stamp is a Photopolymer set which makes it easy to stamp a straight lace border. I stamped several of the flowers, layered them for extra dimension and added a Rhinestone for a bit of bling. The sentiment is from the Wetlands stamp set and was stamped using Tuxedo Black ink. This card features Flirty Flamingo card stock, 2016-18 In-Color DSP stack, classic ink and ruched ribbon along with the new Gift of Love hostess set. If you want a quick and easy card, you can't go wrong with this two step stamp set. I stamped the flower in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and using the outline stamp and then stamped the blossoms in Flirty Flamingo and leaves in Pear Pizzazz. I diecut the flower using the now retiring Oval framelits (to be replaced with the new Layering Oval framelits) and layered it onto the larger Pear Pizzazz card stock oval. The sentiment is also from the Gift of Love stamp set, was diecut using the Tags & Labels framelits and then layered onto a Flirty Flamingo banner with a couple of small pearls added at the side. My last card features Flirty Flamingo card stock, ruched ribbon and classic ink along with the Party Popup thinlets and Confetti TIEF. I embossed Whisper White cardstock using the Confetti TIEF and brayered it with Flirty Flamingo ink to highlight the pattern. I then diecut the 'Happy Birthday' Party Popup thinlet in Whisper White and the base in Gold Foil. I sponged the Happy Birthday sentiment with Flirty Flamingo, Peekaboo Peach and Crushed Curry so it blended in with the rest of the card. Some gold stars from the other 'Hip Hip Hooray' Party Popup thinlet were diecut and scattered around the card. A ruched ribbon bow completes the card. I do hope you've enjoyed the sneak peek of some new stamp sets and the Flirty Flamingo 2016-18 In-Color. The five new colours: Sweet Sugarplum, Peekaboo Peach, Emerald Envy, Dapper Denim and Flirty Flamingo will all be available from my online store on 1 June 2016. Hello once again my Friends Do we *ever* have a fun blog hop for you today. You'll get to see lots and lots of lovely new sneak peeks from the 2016-2017 Annual catalogue. And trust me - your wish list for the new catalogue is going to grow and grow! You may be just starting the blog hop here (I'm Cynthia Millan) - or you may have come from the previous person to me on the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup is listed at the bottom. But while you are here, let me show you my simple but super project. There are lots of beautiful new stamp sets to show you, but I didn't want you to miss the lovely hostess sets at the back of the catalogue so I am using one of the great images from the Fabulous Flora hostess set. Earlier this week I made a simple and quick card to highlight this set for my team members - but I used the beautiful silver foil vellum that is available right now, and that is retiring at the end of May. Knowing that I love this look, I decided I could create my own designer vellum so that this card could be completely current and reproducible! My very own "Designer Vellum" on the card on the left -- retired Silver Foil Vellum on the card on the right. I borrowed an idea from my friend, Lisa Curcio, and used Tear&Tape adhesive to create silver embossed stripes. In a nutshell, I laid a piece of our cardstock vellum onto our silicon craft sheet and then laid strips of Tear&Tape adhesive diagonally across it. I trimmed the overhanging tape, removed the protective coating and poured silver embossing powder over the exposed sticky strips. Heat emboss, and voila....gorgeous designer vellum! Tear&Tape Across Vellum (on silicon mat) After applying silver powder and heating - Embossed Designer Vellum Gorgeous and fun too, am I right? Returning to the card itself, the flower image was stamped using versamark ink onto a piece of Whisper White then silver embossing powder was added and heated. I love the crisp look of the silver and white with our new In Color, Dapper Denim, don't you? Some silver metallic thread and the luscious Dapper Denim 3/8" Ruched Ribbon finish this card off quite nicely! Hope you like my project. I'll try to give you a video version of how I created my Designer Vellum when I have a bit more time. For now - you should be getting ready to enjoy some more terrific projects from my friends! Don't forget to check out all the blogs and leave comments to let us know what you think! I'd stay and chat but I, quite literally, have TONS left to do! I'm off to finish my swaps for the Mediterranean Cruise. Thanks to SU!, hubby and I are flying to Barcelona on the weekend where we'll meet up with hundreds of amazing demos from all over the world (you met a bunch of them as you hopped through these projects!) and we'll cruise aboard the Norwegian Epic to Italy and France with all of them. Can't wait to enjoy this week with my friends. Not a lot of wifi on board ship so I'll hope to post pics when I get home. But until then, enjoy this hop through some gorgeous projects! And get ready for June 1 when you can order from the new catalogue too! Have a wonderful week ahead. And thanks for popping by. God Bless, ~Cynthia <><
Welcome to my Stampin' Up! Blog! My name is Bruno Bertucci and I'm married to Kylie.
Have you been enjoying my posts this week highlighting the new products and Onstage? I hope it has given you a taste of what we experienced at the event. We had such a fantastic time. I loved spending time with my Crazy Crafters team and from the feedback I have received from there - they had a fabulous time too. We celebrated our 10th year of Stampin' Up!® in the South Pacific which was very cool! I will be celebrating my 7th year next month which I am so happy about. I am so thrilled with what joining Stampin' Up!® has done for Bruno and I. We will be off to Europe next month thanks to Stampin' Up!® Here were the 10year anniversary cupcakes. So beautifully decorated. Here are some more of the incredible displays with new products that we got to have a look at. It was SERIOUS eye candy! PROJECT LIFE! Some of you may know that I am currently holding an online Project Life® by Stampin' Up!® Party on Facebook. We have demonstrators and others that are wanting to find out more about Project Life and how they can make it work for them. I would love you to jump in and see if it is something that you would like to see if it is a product that works for you. When asked the question "What would you take with you, besides loved ones, if your house went on fire or a flood was happening?" Many who are asked that question often will say that PHOTOS are their most precious possessions in a time of emergency. Many who have gone through a natural disaster will return to their home in the hopes of being able to salvage some of those precious memories. Are you treating your photos this way? Everyday many of us are losing precious memories because we are NOT PRINTING THEM. They are on our phones or PCs and they are getting LOST. Don't lose those precious memories. More than ever we can capture the most incredible memories and yet we are not treating them with care or love. It's time to change that. This year is my memory keeping year. Are you going to join me? To join the party CLICK HERE and then click on join! I would love to see you there - If you have any questions please ask. Hi Everyone!! I am back from Stampin' Up! On Stage Live and I have so many fun photos to share this week! As I mentioned a month back, I tried out to be a display stamper for the event. In case you are not aware, a display stamper helps in creating the samples of new products for the event. Stampin' Up! wants to have many different examples for everyone to see, and they select about 30 or so people to make the samples, so that there is a variety of projects. I showcased a stamp set called Painter's Palette, which is good for me as I like to paint and draw! I loved the easel, and saw some possibilities with that right away. The other focus I was to have was the 2015-2017 In-Colors. I was suppose to make 20 samples, focusing on the stamp set and the colors, 4 samples in each of the 5 colors. We were to make a variety of projects, cards, 3D and scrapbook pages. Here is what I made... This first set of cards was keeping things simple. I used all of the swooshes in the set in the background, tone on tone. To create the background behind the sentiment I stamped the brushstroke image first in full strength ink, then stamped again three more times with out reinking the stamp. This gives the dark to light ombre look. For this grouping I cut the frame off the easel and used the tack to 'hang' the frame. This set uses the easel, as well as other stamp sets, to make a framed piece of art. I also needed to make some 3D projects and for these I focused on the colors rather than the stamp set. I used the gift bag punch board to create three different sized boxes. The new ribbon was so pretty to use! With this set I decided to use the frame, and added a "spotlight" technique where you only color in the image that appears inside the frame, leaving the parts outside of the frame black and white. I think these turned out fun, as well as pretty! In the days ahead I will show how to's on a few of these, as well as some close ups. I wanted to post these for those who have been asking to see what I made for the event. At the event I wandered over to the display to see if the projects were being well received. It was really fun to see people taking photos and a few times as I stood behind, I noticed a couple people zooming in on one of my projects! How fun!! Thanks for stopping by!!

The current products used on all these cards have been listed below - just click on the picture and it will take you to my online store where the product can be purchased. All the new sneak peek products will be available from my online store from 1 June 2016. Papercrafting classes are also available - please contact me for details. Thanks for visiting. The release of the new Stampin' Up! annual catalogue calls for an ESAD blog hop, and this one is no different. This is a great catalogue and I know you will get lots of inspiration from the blog hop so grab a cuppa and enjoy hopping through all of the creations, just follow the link at the bottom of each post to hop to the next blog. My first card is made using the Scenic Sayings stamp set, which I have paired with the soft Blooms & Bliss DSP. The sheet I chose only had blues and neutral colours in it, and I really wanted it to coordinate with the new Sweet Sugarplum I had used to colour in the sentiment, and the ruched ribbon. My solution was to add some Sweet Sugarplum stamping using Swirly Bird stamps, adding the swirly flower to the centre of some fo the flowers and a few of the little dots in between, I did this by just inking up the end of the very dotty stamp in the set, rather than ink the whole image. I have also used the new Layering Ovals Framelits, which have a combination of plain and scalloped ovals that give nice narrow layers. I have to be honest, I wasn't going to get these framelits but earned some free product with my order and am so happy I did! My next card uses the lovely Mixed Borders and Designer Tin of Cards stamp sets. I just love how the flower border stamp and leaf border stamp combine to make a mixed colour border really easy to create. This fold is known as a double z fold, which is really quite cool, and just perfect for this border set. I have added a flower from Botanical Builder Framelits and some embossing using the new Floral Affection embossing folder. My final card for the hop is this one using Layering Love and the cute little cat from Sitting Here, I remember seeing these two stamps used together in a card made by Lydia and knew I wanted to do the same in some way. I used the Layering Oval Framelits again on this card, and the Dapper Denim Ruched ribbon which is so lovely. Time to hop on over to see what Cathy has created for you, then keep hopping until you get back to the blog you started on. Product List Swirly Bird Photopolymer Stamp Set [141749] $44.00 Layering Love Clear-Mount Stamp Set [141965] $28.00 Sitting Here Photopolymer Stamp Set [141589] $30.00 Mixed Borders Photopolymer Stamp Set [141932] $37.00 Designer Tin Of Cards Photopolymer Stamp Set [141739] $45.00 Botanical Builder Framelits Dies [140625] $56.00 Floral Affection Textured Impressions Embossing Folder [141713] $16.00 Dapper Denim 3/8" (1 Cm) Ruched Ribbon [141424] $14.00 Sweet Sugarplum 3/8" (1 Cm) Ruched Ribbon [141428] $14.00 Layering Ovals Framelits Dies [141706] $58.00 Scenic Sayings Clear-Mount Stamp Set [141602] $33.00 Blooms & Bliss Designer Series Paper [141654] $19.25 Happy Stamping Monique

I used Sahara sand and then Soft Suede for the next two layers. The little bow is using Pink Pirouette on both layers. The background I used the perpetual Birthday Calendar stamp set. Here is one of the sets that we won at Onstage - the Baby Bear Stamp set. I have a feeling that this set will be very popular! The bear is a three step stamp set - which gives it the realistic look. I used Sahara sand and then Soft Suede for the next two layers. The little bow is using Pink Pirouette on both layers. The background I used the perpetual Birthday Calendar stamp set. I thought it added a special touch without taking away from that gorgeous bear. Here are some of the amazing displays that I got to see too - There is more to come so make sure you subscribe to my blog so you don't miss an update this week. I have so much to show you! Here are just a few of the displays.... mmm who is that cheeky face???
I think Peekaboo Peach might be my first favorite of the new in colors. I say first, because I usually end up liking most, if not all of them as time goes by. And, as entertained as I am by Stampin' Up's fun two word color names, I just keep calling this orange. It's the orange of summer and the beach, it's the sweetest orange ever. If you're wondering what is this new in colors talk? Click here: Audra's first in color blog post. So let's sit back and enjoy Peekaboo Peach: Here are all the colors in super cute mini box form: Come on back tomorrow and take a look at Dapper Denim. Stay Crafty!
