Our health is our most valuable asset and we now know that the food we intake is essentially medicine filled with vitamins or sometimes filled with excess salt and sodium. Yet the food labels detail in small print and hard to decipher terms. What if the front of the label had a visual of the teaspoons of salt, sugar and number of servings within the package? Knowledge is power and we need to empower the consumer for the health of our nation, for the health of our world.
