150 ml milk 50 g sugar 5 g salt 100 g butter 1 egg 8 g dry yeast 350 g flour 1. Add the warm milk to the mixer. 2. Add the egg, yeast, & sugar & stir it. 3. Add the flour & mix for 5 min. Add salt, butter & mix for 5 min. 4. Form the dough into a ball & place it into the greased bowl. Cover it for 2 hr. Custard 300 ml milk 2 tbsp cornstarch 1 egg 2 egg yolks 1 tsp vanilla paste 50 g sugar 1. Bring milk to a simmer. Whisk eggs, corn starch, vanilla paste, &sugar. 2. When the milk simmers, add the egg mixture & whisk it for 15 min. Pour it into a tray & let it cool. Assembling 1. Roll the dough into balls 2. Place them in an oven tray & proof for 40 min. 3.
