Boil your noodles according to package instructions and add Pak choi to the water 1 min before you take them out. To a bowly, add -handful spring onion, chopped -handful cilantro, chopped -2 tbsp soy sauce -1 tsp rice vinegar -1 tbsp hoisin sauce -1 tsp miso -1 tbsp crispy chili oil -1 tbsp sesame seeds -Hot noodle water and stir to combine. Add the noodles and pak choi and enjoy! :)
