Healthy Dessert Series Oat Bites Credit: @adilicious19 30g (1/3 cup) oats 50g dates (deseeded) 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed (don’t use whole they don’t mix well) 2 tbsp desiccated coconut 20g (2tbsp) almonds 50 grams Chocolate (Melted) Mixed Seeds for garnish ⭐️Combine all ingredients for base in a food processor or mixer until a non sticky dough is formed ⭐️Flatten it out in mould or cake tin then top with melted chocolate and seeds ⭐️Refrigerate for 20 mins then enjoy! save and follow for more!
