Located at the entrance of the college, the Keeter Center building was completed in 2004, but it looks like the original building, Dobyns Hall, used when the school opened in 1906. Dobyns Hall had been the State of Maine's exhibition building at the 1904 Worlds Fair. It served the school until it burned in 1930. Today the Keeter building provides food, and lodging to guests as well as serves as a conference center.
