Ihr wisst ja, dass ich letztens in Spanien war und das phantastische Essen dort genießen durfte. Seither habe ich auf eine Gelegenheit gewartet, einen spanischen Abend für Freunde zu machen. Der Beste und ich haben Unmengen köstliches Olivenöl, Kapern und Oliven mitgebracht (ich sag nur – wir sind jeweils mit 6 kg hingeflogen und mit 16 kg zurück!). Als dann letztens auch das Tapasbrett* ankam, das ich mir für den spanischen Abend bestellt hatte, war es dann so weit. Die Rezepte sind teilweise inspiriert von den mitgebrachten Zutaten oder von den Köstlichkeiten, die ich vor Ort probieren durfte. Die Baguettes mit Ziegenkäse und Zwiebelmarmelade zum Beispiel habe ich in Madrid gegessen und fand sie einfach herrlich! Klar, dass ich sie unbedingt ausprobieren musste. Die klassische Tortilla de patatas darf beim Tapas-Abend eigentlich auch nicht fehlen, aber da es sie letztens schon gab, habe ich andere Sachen ausprobiert.
