20min · 8 servings Ingredients • 200 grams or 14 tablespoons butter • 300 grams or 10 oz dark chocolate • 200 grams or 1 cup sugar • 3 eggs • 30 grams or 1/4 cup cocoa powder, any type works • 80 grams or 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon all purpose flour • A pinch of salt Instructions 1. Preheat the oven at 350°F or 190°C. 2. Melt the butter and sugar in the microwave or over a pot of simmering water. Whisk in the sugar, then all the eggs. 3. Sift in the cocoa powder, flour and a pinch of salt and fold those in. Pour the batter in an 8” square tin lined with parchment paper and bake for 18-20 minutes. Let the brownie cool for a bit, then cut and serve.
