Brownie Baked Oats ❤️ The perfect meal preppable breakfast / snack 😍 - 450ml / 2 cups plant milk of choice - 120ml / 1/2 cup maple syrup - 4 tbsp nut butter of choice - 1 tbsp vanilla extract - 65g / 1/2 cup cocoa powder - 250g / 2.5 cups rolled oats - ground to a flour in a blender - 1 tsp baking powder - Pinch salt - 100-150grams / 1/2-3/4 cup vegan dark chocolate chips (plus a few extra for topping) Preheat your oven to 180C and line an 8x8” (or similar) baking dish or tin with baking paper so its hanging from the edges (easier to remove later) If you haven’t already, add your rolled oats to a blender and pulse until a flour consistency forms.
