As part of the gym you will need to eat the right foods, make sure you are eating the right amount of calories as part of your gym routine. You need to make sure that your eating more often than normal. If you was only eating one meal a day I would increase to three meals a day. As your going to the gym more I would up your protein intake to your body weight.
