5min · 15 servings RECIPE (vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free): • 10 medjool dates, pitted & soaked in hot water for 10 minutes • 1 cup raw pecans • 2 tbsp ground flax seed (can omit or substitute with protein powder if you want) • 1/4 tsp cinnamon • splash of vanilla extract add all ingredients to a food processor & blend until there are only tiny pieces of nuts left. form into balls (i do about 1 heaping tablespoon each). store in the fridge & enjoy!
