Emboss the Pretty Peacock foil paper using the Stylish Scroll embossing folder 2. Adhere to the Balmy Blue cardstock panel 3. Die cut a frame from Balmy Blue cardstock 4. Adhere to the card front. 5. Stamp the sentiment onto Shimmer White cardstock using Pretty Peacock ink. 6. Cut the right side of the sentiment to form the banner 7. Adhere the sentiment to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals 8. Die cut (4) snowflakes from Balmy Blue cardstock (hint: you can snip the snowflakes to create different sizes) 9. Adhere the snowflakes to the card front. 10.
