Why you should include GLUTES training as a mean to deal with LOWER BACK PAIN? Many times you have heard you need to activate the glutes 🍑 but why? If you have tight hip flexors, your pelvis is being pulled anteriorly, i.e you create an arch in the lower back. By squeezing the glutes, you oppose that movement ↪️and disable the forward pull, ✅reducing the probability of compression and pain in the lumbar spine. Meaning less strain on the lower back. The main function of the glutes is to stabilise the pelvis.
