Интересную информацию подкинул мне интернет: если в инструкции к смартфону есть строчка о том, что он выдержит любые удары, люди не жалеют свой гаджет. Бросают, швыряют, роняют без опасений. Если написано, что начинка у него хрупкая — то берегут, как зеницу ока. С людьми происходит также. Человека мягкого, снисходительного, готового идти на компромиссы, закрывающего глаза на недостатки другого, совершенно не ценят. Ценят только тех, которые заявляют: со мной вот так можно, а вот так — нельзя!
