Ich bin ein echter Bauchmensch. Auf meinen Instinkt kann ich mich in der Regel gut verlassen und so treffe ich die meisten Entscheidungen schnell und impulsiv. 'Leider' geht mir das beim Stoffkauf auch so. Selten werden Stoffe nach Plan und Projekt gekauft, sondern sie liegen im Warenkorb bevor ich den perfekten Schnitt dafür herausgesucht habe. Ich habe immer spontan eine Vision, was daraus werden könnte. Ich sehe ein Kleid oder Shirt usw., aber ich muss einen Stoff sehen und befühlen, bevor die finale Entscheidung fällt. Aber grundsätzlich gilt: es ist Liebe auf den ersten Blick - oder eben nicht. Bei der neuen Kollektion 'Pattern Love' von Hamburger Liebe für Albstoffe ist die Sache klar: GAAAAAANZ große LIEBE! Ein Stoff, ein Design schöner als das andere. Hier ist nicht so sehr die Frage welchen mag ich, sondern welchen nehm ich? Ich hätte sie einfach gerne ALLE! Zeitlose und feminine Designs für groß und klein in wunderschönen Herbstfarben - grün, beere, gelb, rostorange, blau und natürlich grau - total meins! Die Kollektion bringt nicht nur wunderschöne Farben, sondern erstmals auch neue Stoffarten mit, wie zum Beispiel diesen Stepper in Maxi Knit Optik. Der Perfekte Stoff für den Mantel 'Frau Ava' von Hedi näht. Ich bin mir sicher, dass ihr viele viele Avas aus diesem Stoff sehen werdet. Ich habe Frau Ava in der kleinsten Größe genäht und den Ärmel verlängert. Der Schnitt sieht einen modernen 7/8-Ärmel vor, im Herbst fühle ich mich aber mit einem langen Ärmel wohler... Während mich die neuen Albstoffe sofort überzeugt haben, hatte es der neue Schnitt Betula von Fabelwald ein wenig schwerer. Ich habe mir nämlich fest vorgenommen nur noch Schnitte zu nähen, von denen ich glaube, dass sie mir passen und stehen, um weniger Schrankleichen zu produzieren. Betula ist ein gerade geschnittener Raglan-Pulli (für die Größen 32-48) mit legerer Passform. Ich hatte Sorge, dass er zu kastig und zu wenig formgebend sein könnte und hatte ein Probenähen dafür eigentlich schon ausgeschlossen. Eigentlich. Denn als die ersten Ergebnisse eintrudelten hat es mich doch in den Fingern gejuckt und ich musste den Schnitt versuchen. Zum Glück! Ich mag Betula nämlich wirklich gerne! Klassische Liebe auf den zweiten Blick! Betula ist ein Basic-Schnitt, der mit vielen Optionen daher kommt. Ihr wisst - für mich ein absolutes Plus! Folgende Varianten sind möglich: Halbarm, 3/4-Arm, Langarm Bündchen mit Schlitzen, gerade Bündchen, ohne Bündchen gerader Saum, asymmetrischer Saum 2 verschiedene Längen (Hüftlänge und bis über den Po) halsnaher und etwas weiterer Ausschnitt Für meine Figur ist die Hüftlänge am günstigsten. Ich habe dazu den leicht asymmetrischen Saum, den 3/4 Arm, den weiteren Ausschnitt gewählt. Und - für mich der Highlight dieses Schnittes - die Bündchen mit Schlitz. Das ist einfach gemacht und erzielt doch eine ganz große Wirkung. Ein echter Hingucker! Ich habe meine Kaufgröße genäht, was genau richtig ist. Ohne im Vorfeld einen anderen Stoff zu testen, habe ich direkt den Albstoffe Jacquard 'Pattern Love No 4' angeschnitten. Fabelwald ist für mich immer ein Garant für super Passform, da konnte ich ruhig etwas mutig sein. Der Jacquard ist innen flauschig angeraut und perfekt für kühle Tage. Was Betula noch alles kann, könnt ihr euch in dem großartigen 'LookbookBetula' anschauen. Von sportlich, gemütlich über klassisch, romantisch und cool ist alles dabei. Mir hat es die Ringel-Betula von Firlefanz besonders angetan. Das werde ich wohl in meiner Farbe nachnähen müssen... Auch wenn ich in diesem Outfit zur Zeit noch schwitze, spätestens, wenn die Stoffe Ende Oktober in den Handel kommen (die Händlervorbestellungen laufen), werde ich es auch hier mit Genuss tragen. Außerdem fürchte ich, dass ich den Stepper auch noch in grau und in gelb brauche ... Hüüülfe!
