Après la sortie de son premier album What We Drew ??? ???? en 2020 chez XL Recordings, la DJ, productrice et auteure-compositrice- interprète Yaeji sort pour la première fois sur vinyle ses deux premiers EP qui cumulent près de 100 millions de streams. Beaucoup de choses ont été dites et répétées sur la musique de l'artiste new-yorkaise d'ascendance coréenne, sur l'intériorité de cette musique de club - comment le tremblement joyeux du refrain de "Raingurl" côtoie des couplets emplis de douceur et de doutes.
