When we first spotted Emily's work at the end of 2019 we were very excited by her use of delicate pastels and delightful texture, we are proud to be one of her very first stockists. Product Information: A soft warm grey toned handmade clay vase. 18cm tall x 5.5cm wide About the Maker: Emily is a ceramic artist based in Melbourne, Australia. Emily uses a combination of wheel and hand-building techniques to create her expressive and playful pieces, letting the clay guide her hand. At the end of 2016, Emily took her first pottery class at her local studio and from there left her full-time job to work with them, learning as much as she could. She has since gone on to participate in markets such as Finders Keepers and the Melbourne Ceramics Market with her functional ware. Now in her second year of a BFA specialising in ceramics at RMIT University, her practice is shifting towards sculptural exploration.

Wander and Wild have created some FREE printables for our community of little explorers to celebrate 'Heal Country' for NAIDOC week in 2021 and inspire and help your little ones to learn about our sacred Indigenous culture and encourage discussions about our traditional Australian landowners. We collaborated with Sheri from Bigi Nagala to create these printables. She is a proud Bidjara woman who tells Indigenous stories through her paint creations. She took our idea and ran with it to create the most beautiful paintings of Indigenous symbols which we’ve turned into FREE printables for you and your family to use and engage with.
