This triangle helps you with identifying an activating event, and identifying the subsequent thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as a space for reflection around how you can challenge cognitive distortions and develop a cognitive reframe.
Letting go of those negative thoughts and limiting beliefs will lead you to step into your full power and embrace newfound confidence.
