Was habe ich mich gesträubt. Ich wurde so oft gefragt, ob ich nicht auch Haarseife hätte. Allen voran von Freunden, die sich die Shampoo-Flaschen im Bad sparen wollten. Immer habe ich verneint und darauf hingewiesen, dass Haarseifen eine komplizierte Sache sind und nicht mal eben so gezaubert werden können. Daher war die Haarseife für mich nie von großem Interesse. Zudem hatte ich mehrfach gelesen, dass die Anwendung von Haarseife bei gefärbtem Haar nicht geeignet sei, wodurch es für mich auch keinen Anlass gab, es zu versuchen. In der Zwischenzeit bin ich auf andere Aussagen und Berichte gestoßen, wonach es weniger problematisch sei – wie auch immer – im Zuge meines Vorhabens die Plastikflaschen in meinem Bad weiter drastisch zu reduzieren gab es also zwei Möglichkeiten: Ein festes Shampoo-Bar oder Haarseife. Flüssige selbst gerührte Shampoos habe ich schon viele gemacht, allerdings sind selbst gerührte Shampoos in Sachen Konsistenz eine kleine Herausforderung. Ich habe viele Rezepturen probiert – perfekt ist nie eine geworden. Da ich anfänglich noch sehr verhalten gegenüber der Haarseife war, habe ich zunächst einen Versuch mit einem festen Shampoo Bar gewagt. Ich habe ein ganz einfaches Rezept aus dem Netz ausprobiert und war positiv überrascht, wie gut es geht, sich den Kopf mit einem festen Bar einzuschäumen. Die Zutaten zum Probieren hatte ich nach meiner großen Aufräumaktion noch da, allesamt Reste, die ich sowieso verbrauchen wollte.
