Η φράση «εγώ είμαι για τα δύσκολα» δεν με αντιπροσωπεύει καθόλου. Γιατί δηλαδή να είμαι για τα δύσκολα? Τί μαζοχισμός είναι αυτός? Μια χαρά είναι τα εύκολα, όμορφα και ωραία και καλώς να έρθουν! Και ήρθαν… σε παγωτό απλό, λιτό και υπέροχο για την ευκολία του. Με λίγα υλικά, σε ελάχιστο χρόνο και με πολύ ωραία γεύση βανίλιας. Τα άφθονα κομματάκια σοκολάτας που κριτσανίζουν όταν το δαγκώνεις είναι αυτό που μου αρέσει περισσότερο. Όχι περισσότερο από την ευκολία του όμως, τα είπαμε! Είναι από τα παγωτά που φτιάχνεις στη στιγμή, που δεν θέλει παγωτομηχανή, ούτε ανακάτεμα κάθε τρεις και λίγο. Το φτιάχνεις, το βάζεις στην κατάψυξη και το ξεχνάς. Ή μήπως όχι? Όχι, όχι… δεν το ξεχνάς καθόλου. Το μυαλό σου είναι συνέχεια εκεί γύρω και δεν σε αφήνει σε ησυχία μέχρι να φας και το τελευταίο σαντουιτσάκι! Και πίστεψέ με, τρώγεται εύκολα! ΕΥΚΟΛΟ ΠΑΓΩΤΟ ΣΑΝΤΟΥΙΤΣ Υλικά για 20 μερίδες: 1) 2 πακέτα μπισκότα πτι μπερ από τα οποία θα χρειαστούμε ακριβώς 40 μπισκότα συνολικού βάρους 280 γραμμάρια 2) 500 γραμμάρια φυτική κρέμα (θα τη βρείτε στα ψυγεία που είναι και η κρέμα γάλακτος) 3) 200 γραμμάρια στραγγιστό γιαούρτι 4) 1 κουτί ζαχαρούχο γάλα βάρους 300 ml 5) 200 γραμμάρια σταγόνες σοκολάτας (κουβερτούρας ή γάλακτος) 6) 50 ml κονιάκ, ρούμι ή λικέρ της αρεσκείας σας Μέθοδος: Σε ένα ταψί διαστάσεων 35Χ25 εκατοστών στρώνουμε διάφανη μεμβράνη ώστε να καλύπτει όλο τον πάτο αλλά και να προεξέχει από τα τοιχώματα. Την απλώνουμε έτσι ώστε να εφάπτεται πλήρως με τις γωνίες και τις πλευρές του ταψιού. Θέλουμε να γίνει ένα με το ταψί ώστε να βάλουμε μέσα ομοιόμορφα τα μπισκότα, χωρίς να φαίνεται ότι παρεμβάλλεται μεμβράνη. Αφού στρώσουμε την μεμβράνη τοποθετούμε τα μπισκότα σε σειρές. Στη μεγαλύτερη πλευρά του ταψιού απλώνουμε 5 μπισκότα και στη μικρότερη 4, αφήνοντας πάντα μικρό κενό μεταξύ τους που θα μας χρειαστεί για κόψουμε εκεί εύκολα με το μαχαίρι τα σάντουιτς. Γεμίζουμε έτσι τον πάτο του ταψιού προσέχοντας να βάλουμε τα μπισκότα με ακρίβεια, παράλληλα το ένα με το άλλο και όχι στραβά, ώστε να βγουν ωραία τα σάντουιτς όταν τα κόψουμε. Συνολικά στον πάτο του ταψιού θα μπουν 20 μπισκότα. Κατόπιν, σ΄ ένα μπολ (ή στον κάδο του μίξερ) χτυπάμε την κρέμα γάλακτος να γίνει σαντιγί και ύστερα προσθέτουμε το γιαούρτι, το ζαχαρούχο γάλα και το ποτό. Τα χτυπάμε ελάχιστα μέχρι να ομογενοποιηθεί το μίγμα. Σταματάμε το χτύπημα και ρίχνουμε τις σταγόνες σοκολάτας. Ανακατεύουμε με μια σπάτουλα το μίγμα του παγωτού ώστε να πάνε παντού οι σταγόνες. Ρίχνουμε κουταλιά, κουταλιά το μίγμα της κρέμας μέσα στο ταψί. Εδώ θέλει προσοχή ώστε να μην μετακινηθούν τα μπισκότα. Γι΄ αυτόν ακριβώς το λόγο ρίχνουμε το μίγμα λίγο λίγο και όχι όλο μαζί. Μόλις πέσει όλη η κρέμα στο ταψί, την απλώνουμε με προσοχή να πάει παντού και λειαίνουμε την επιφάνειά της. Τέλος τοποθετούμε τα υπόλοιπα μπισκότα με τον ίδιο ακριβώς τρόπο που τα βάλαμε στον πάτο του ταψιού. Με τη μεμβράνη που εξέχει από τον πάτο, καλύπτουμε όσο μπορούμε την επιφάνεια του παγωτού και ταυτόχρονα κόβουμε κι άλλο ένα κομμάτι μεμβράνης και καλύπτουμε τα μέρη που δεν έχουν σκεπαστεί. Βάζουμε το παγωτό στο ψυγείο για τουλάχιστον 12 ώρες ή καλύτερα για 1 μέρα. Όταν έρθει η ώρα να το κόψουμε, αφαιρούμε την μεμβράνη της επιφάνειας και το αναποδογυρίζουμε σε έναν μεγάλο δίσκο κοπής. Το κόβουμε σε κομμάτια εκεί ακριβώς που είναι τα χωρίσματα των μπισκότων. Διατηρείται στην κατάψυξη μέσα σε δοχείο με καπάκι. Καλή επιτυχία!!
