This is a beautiful Vintage Heinrich & Co. (H & Co) Selb Carl Wilhelm hand painted Warnemunde fine Bavarian porcelain demitasse teacup and saucer set. The matching saucer is white porcelain in an octagon shape with a gold band. The interior of the cup is gold; the cup handle is also gold. Richly colored detailed coat of arms is hand painted on the front of the teacup; "Warnemunde" painted in period script on opposite side (backside) of the teacup. Dating the Heinrich & Co. backstamp, this demi set was produced in the 1930s. Cup measures 2-1/4" wide by 1-3/4" high and has a 3.8-ounce capacity; saucer is 4" diameter. No chips, cracks or crazing; this collector's vintage cup is in excellent condition. This is a vintage item—it’s been seasoned with love and greatly cherished over the years. There may be some minor signs of use.
