This resource teaches students how to divide VCV words with the V/CV (Tiger Rule) pattern. It contains explicit instruction and practice for students learning syllabication, and allows students to practice open and closed syllables in a variety of words. These interactive digital lessons are based on the Science of Reading (specifically Orton Gillingham), but can be used with any structured literacy or phonics program.
