The old houses of North and central Norfolk are built using pebbles or stones. Often as here, the stones are complete but sometimes they are 'knapped' which means they are cut in half to reveal the shiny centre of the pebbles. This style of architecture is most famous in Norfolk but can also be found along parts of the Yorkshire coast too. Again, this is a 35mm photo shot with a Minolta XD5 SLR camera.
