Und passend zu den Geschenkanhängern habe ich dann noch eine Karte mit dem netten Boten gezaubert. Den Hintergrund habe ich mit einem Schwamm eingefärbt und den Boten mit den Stampin' Blends ausgemalt. I am sharing a card made with the You Always Deliver stamp set, this would be a great stamp set for anyone who has is small business where they are shipping our orders and want to include a little something special for your customer along with their purchases! When I attended the Stampin' Up! Ohio Business Gathering in Columbus the other day and made these special cards for the ladies on our Buckeye Inklings Team by combining the You Always Deliver set and the Grandma's House stamp set. This would work for Etsy shop owners, Avon ladies, Thirty-One bags, Chalk Couture - you get the idea! I don't know about you, but I love it when the UPS truck stops at my house! Here is my recipe: Crumb Cake cardstock base 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" and folded in half. Soft Suede - 5 1/4" X 4" mat layer Daffodil Delight - 5" X 3 3/4" mat layer Whisper White - Stamped layer - 4 5/8" X 3 5/8" I stamped the delivery man, the sunshine sentiment and the house with Memento Black ink using my Stamparatus, then colored the scene using Stamping Blends. I stamped the little dotted circular stamp in the now retired set of Balloon Celebration to make the sun over the word sunshine. I stamped the packages on Crumb Cake paper and fussy cut those out and adhered it in the delivery man's hands with some Dimensionals. Then cut a piece of the gingham Crumb Cake DSP with my stitched rectangles die, sized 3/4" X 2 1/2", I punched a Classic Label out of Daffodil Delight and stamped the sentiment with Soft Suede ink, I adhered the label on the gingham with Dimensionals as well. I topped it all off with a little double bow tied with Linen Thread and adhered it to the corner with a glue dot. 📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦 I hope the UPS truck stops at your house today with something good! If you want it to stop at your house with some fabulous Stampin' Up! Supplies you can start shopping right here on my web site! If you don't already have a Stampin' Up Independent Demonstrator that you work with - I would love to be your coach! You can shop 24/7 by clicking the little store front on my side bar, that will take you to my Stampin' Up! store. Please use the hostess code that is posted at the top of the side bar. I noticed the other day that our UPS delivery man was so happy and friendly even though he said he is busier right now than he usually is at Christmas! With so many extra deliveries during this shelter in place time, he was still delivering with a smile! So THANK YOU to all of the delivery people out there bringing us our orders, products, groceries, etc., during this stressful time, and thank you for doing it with a smile and a kind word! Welcome to my blog! I just received Stampin' Up's new "You Always Deliver" stamp set and I've been mulling over ways to use it. This card was inspired by Lisa Curcio's design for a Corner Tuck Fold card - here's my version: Such cute images in this set! A nice variety of sentiments, too. This one was perfect for the recipient I have in mind. The card opens by untucking the corner to reveal the greeting inside. This greeting comes from the Butterfly Gala stamp set. Here's how it's made - Poppy Parade card base 4-1/4" x 8", scored at 5-1/2" Poppy Parade cardstock for the corner cut 2-1/4" x 2-1/4", cut on the diagonal (use only half for this card) Night of Navy cardstock 3-1/4" x 4-5/8" Stitched Rectangle Die size 3" x 4-3/8" (cut 2) Come Sail Away Designer Paper 2-1/4" x 4" The coloring was all done with Stampin' Blends. The tone-on-tone flowers in the corner are from the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set as well as the "for you" tag, which is attached with a Stampin' Dimensional. The corner triangle is adhered with 3 glue dots - one at each point of the triangle. Want to see a funny stamp set? I love this: Doesn't this put a smile on your face? You Always Deliver reminds me of the UPS delivery person who brings all my Stampin' UP! orders. And this time, he's bringing a box full of positive thoughts! So cute! Stamped in Tuxedo Black and colored with Stampin' Blends, this little guy is carrying a box of love. Most of the hearts were stamped, but I punched a few with a retired punch, even cutting off the bottom of one to make it look like it's coming out of the box. The colors used are Coastal Cabana and Calypso Coral, a color combination I got from the Follow Your Art Designer Series Paper. I added in a little snippet of Bermuda Bay Mini Striped Ribbon on either side to finish it off. This card was sent to a friend who recently had surgery; do you think it cheered her up? 😁 Product List You Always Deliver Photopolymer Stamp Set [149355] $16.00 Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad [132708] $6.00 Soft Suede Stampin' Blends Markers Combo Pack [147273] $9.00 Ivory Stampin' Blends Marker [144606] $4.50 Smoky Slate Light Stampin' Blends Marker [145054] $4.50 Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends Markers Combo Pack [144601] $9.00 Calypso Coral Classic Stampin' Pad [147101] $7.50 Coastal Cabana 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [131297] $8.75 Follow Your Art Designer Series Paper [149489] $11.50 Calypso Coral 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [122925] $8.75 Whisper White 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock [100730] $9.75 Bermuda Bay 1/4" (6.4 Mm) Mini Striped Ribbon [146939] $8.00 Stampin' Dimensionals [104430] $4.00

Dear international readers, this blog post is in Dutch. Its always extra dirty tini time ;) • 50% cotton, 50% polyester • Pre-shrunk • Classic fit • 1x1 athletic rib knit collar with spandex • Air-jet spun yarn with a soft feel • Double-needle stitched collar, shoulders, armholes, cuffs, and hem This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

My challenge today was to CASE my card. CASE - to Copy and Share Everything, is a common term in the paper crafting world. I often CASE, taking an element, a layout, some colors, or even an entire card, to create one of my own. So today I'm sharing a CASE of one of my cards. This is the one I chose to copy: This card uses the Scrappy Strip technique - adhering strips of cardstock to a base. So here is today's CASE: Can you see what I did? I used the Scrappy Strip technique, but I used new colors, changed the orientation of the card, and added a new stamped image. But you can still see the technique. I've been sending lots of cards to people who are important in my life. Today, as I picked up my groceries at my local market, I left a card in the trunk (where the groceries were being loaded) for the employee who was helping me to keep my distance. And that's when I realized that I also needed to thank my UPS man! He's been on the job, continuing to deliver what we've ordered, and has been very respectful of our space. So this one is for him! I love the images in You Always Deliver. This little guy is perfect for coloring - blue for the postal service, and brown for UPS. I stamped him, colored with Stampin' Blends, and cut him out with my Scan-n-Cut. Same with the packages. And that greeting! Perfect for my delivery man! Stamped with Blueberry Bushel and cut with the Ornate Frames dies. I enjoyed CASE-ing myself, and I hope my UPS delivery employee likes his card. I don't know what I would do without him! I made this card for my Husband. Today is his 49th Birthday.🎂 He is not much for celebrating, so I love the sentiment on the inside of the card.. "Get Excited" Apparently he did get excited about his favorite treats I made last night, because this morning when I took a picture of the apple crisp, there were a few bars missing.😉 I included a picture for evidence. haha I have to say this card did NOT in any way go at all in the direction I wanted it too. The only thing that I stamped the same in my minds eye was the background circle.. That I planned from the get go, however the other pieces where all because everything else I tried just didn't seem to have the "aha" I was looking for. The stamp sets featured in this card are: Stampin Up: You Always Deliver Stampin Up: Barnyard Babies (sentiment on front) Stampin Up: Making Christmas Bright I will submit this card to the challenge at: Sunday Stamps I have a quick question. Do you sell things on Etsy? I do, and I'm happy with my little shop, however they have been saying customers are happier with free shipping. Goodness shipping is expensive, so in order to fix it in the cost of cards, or projects I feel like it would be to expensive and no one would buy cards. What are your opinions? I'm most interested. Would you buy a card for say $7.50 if it was free shipping.. or would you pay $4.00 for a card and pay $3.50 shipping? Thanks for your input.. Please check out my little store and let me know what you think. PJ's PROJECTS Thank you also for stopping by for a visit. Keep Smiling and Keep Stamping PJ
You Always Deliver was one of the first stamp sets on my wish list because it's so much fun! I appreciate that you may think it’s aimed largely at the Stampin’ Up!® demonstrator but I think there’s a lot of mileage to be had from it for everyone else, too. These are the cards I made for my customers this month, to go with their orders. I used the Delightful Tag Topper punch to make these fun decorative elements. Punch once from a piece of cardstock cut to 5cm (2") wide, then angle it carefully to show the scalloped detail but not the punched hole.

I made this card for the challenge at: Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge The stamp set featured in this card is: Stampin Up: You Always Deliver I was going to color in the little mail dude with brown to make him a UPS driver, however I thought there was a bit to much brown going on, so I chose to do the traditional Postal Service color. This was a fun card to make. I will share a few pictures and a link of the "Big Boy" train. My kids and I went to see it. Quite a thrill I must say. This old steam engine brought tears to my eyes, I tend to get emotional over things, but as I stood there waiting with my sticks to support me and my kids it was wonderful. My kids have grown up next to railroad tracks their whole life, and the past 18 years we have lived next to a train yard, so never a quiet moment, but this old steam engine was a delight. As you can see everyone had their smartphones up in the air to snap a picture, I held my 35mm camera, and my son commented on the fact that all this fancy technology wasn't even around when this amazing train was built, yet the train still runs, and things of today just don't seem to last long. Thank you for stopping by for a visit. Keep Smiling and Keep Stamping PJ
