Hey there! I hope you can spend some weekend time in your craft space. My inspirtion card showcases a Sneak Peek at the new Rgal Winter Suite Collection. It’s in the upcoming September-December, 2024 Mini Catalog. Aren’t the colors in the Regal Winter 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper stunning? A “Regal” color palette without […]
Remember the 5 different card designs I shared with you last week featuring the Stampin' Up! Splendid Autumn paper? (missed it? click here). After I was done, I had LOTS of 1/2' and 3/4' left over strips, so, I made a handful of these chevron cards! Above and below: There is no right or wrong way to make these, but I found it easiest to apply the Tombo Liquid Glue direct to my 4-1/4' x 5-1/2' panel and lay the strips down. You can of course put glue onto each strip, too. I grouped the strips into similar color groupings
I hope you have a fun Labor Day holiday weekend, and can spend a little time in your craft space. It’s been a bit since I’ve done a CAS inspiration card. I thought it would be a fun way to showcase the Regal Winter Suite. It will be available to customers on September 4th, only […]
Fall is in the air, and what better way to celebrate than with some heartwarming handmade crafts? Today, I'm sharing delightful autumn-themed projects using Stampin' Up's More Than Autumn Bundle. The first card features adorable coffee cup and whipped cream images, perfect for expressing warm feelings. The sentiment 'Love You More Than' adds a sweet touch, making it ideal for loved ones. My second card showcases a festive mix of fall motifs - a pumpkin-spice latte, donuts, and autumn leaves. The embossed background adds texture, while the 'hello' sentiment welcomes the season. This clever treat holder is designed to fit

The More Than Autumn bundle is one of my favorites from the Sept.-Dec. mini catalog which went live yesterday. It's just such a fun stamp set and a great set of coordinating dies that I've found myself reaching for it more and more often. I used it for today's card where I'm playing along with the Hand Stamp Sentiments challenge where they have a versatile sketch. So cute right? I think I might have to make a batch of this design for my Thanksgiving cards that I usually send out to my aunts and uncles and other family that I won't see on the holiday. The card base is Crumb Cake but it's covered by a piece of 2024-2026 In Color DSP in Peach Pie. Next is a layer of Crumb Cake and then a layer of Basic White embossed with the adorable Eyelet embossing folder. I tied a piece of linen thread around this panel for some more texture then popped it all on dimensionals. The pie slices are stamped in Memento black and then colored with Blends markers. The whipped cream dollop is stamped off Pecan Pie ink. All the piece are die cut then added to the embossed panel. The whipped cream is popped on a mini dimensional. Finally the fun sentiment! I stamped the 3 part mix and match sentiment in Memento black right onto the DSP. I was hoping I didn't goof up and have to start all over! It's hard to see but I added a Peach Pie In Color Shimmer gems. Thanks for looking! Did you stamp today? All of the items used to make this card can be purchased in my ONLINE STORE. This is not your mother's Christmas tree bundle! You know I'm trying to show you items from the new Holiday Mini Catalog which will go live this Wednesday, 9/4, and I want you to see this bundle which is one of my favorites! It's called the Decorative Tree Bundle and it is just darling and super versatile! It's a set with a basic tree stamp and die, and then 7 different dies that are what I'd call 'overlays' to put over the basic tree. Here I'm using a new favorite color combination: Berry Burst and Daffodil Delight. It really shows

I used the awesome colors from the Color Throwdown challenge for this non-traditional Christmas card. The trees are traditional but I think the bright colors lean toward non. It was a quick card and I love how it turned out! I embossed a piece of Basic White with the Painted Trees embossing folder and then stamped the trees from Peaceful Evergreens in the challenge colors. I die cut them and then adhered them to the card front just off center. Using a scrap of Shy Shamrock Bordered ribbon I anchored the sentiment which is stamped in Basic Gray which is a softer alternative to black as a neutral. The sentiment is cut out with one of the labels in the Unbounded Love die set. The other embellishment on this card are the "ornaments" on the Shy Shamrock tree which are 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer gems in Pretty in Pink. Thanks for looking! Did you stamp today? Stampin' Up! demonstrators are currently able to pre-order from the September-December Holiday Mini Catalog - and everyone else's opportunity is just around the corner. Yippee! As soon as I opened my box of new goodies, I couldn't wait to play. Today I'm giving you a sneak peek at one small,
I was inspired by 2 different challenges to whip up this card this afternoon. The first is the layout over at Freshly Made Sketches which I turned (because the elements I wanted to use just worked better in landscape) and the theme of stripes or spots from The Paper Players. This inspiration brought me to making a Christmas card combining several new products which will be released for customers on Wednesday September 4. As soon as I saw "stripes" I thought of this fun candy cane like pattern from the Sentimental Christmas DSP. I added a small scallop down the edge using the retired Basic Borders dies and then adhered it to a Shaded Spruce card base. I added some retired Shaded Spruce and gold ribbon behind a Basic Gray oval. The fun cup from the More Than Autumn bundle is stamped in red, the cuff is stamped again in Shaded Spruce and paper pieced to the cup and the whipped cream is stamped off once Basic Beige. That is all popped up with dimensionals on the the oval. A small candy cane is added to the cuff and is also popped on dimensionals. The awesome sentiment is made using Peaceful Season dies and layering the red over the white outline. Again using dimensionals to adhere it. The "in the air" part of the sentiment is stamped in Shaded Spruce and then trimmed down to fit. I sprinkled some gold sequins around the card and then added some clear Wink of Stella highlights on the whipped cream and small candy cane. Thanks for looking! Did you stamp today? All of the current supplies used to make this card can be purchased in my ONLINE STORE. Items marked with a * will be available to purchase starting September 4, 2024. We are just over a week from launching the new September-December Mini Catalog, or Holiday Catalog as I generally refer to it. The Mini Catalog will launch on September 4, 2024 and there are lots of amazing products in there! This bundle, More Than Autumn is one of them and it's an incredible bundle! So many greetings, so many images and amazing dies! I know you'll love it! I wanted to use it in some non-traditional fall colors. I've seen great projects with this but they're all featured in those rich fall colors but I want to showcase how great this set will be year round, not just fall. Let's face it when we buy supplies we want to use them for more than a couple of months, we need to stretch our money to make these products work year round. Not to worry this bundle is perfect of that! So I went with some bright, fun colors. I colored my doughnuts in a few different 'frosting' flavors using Stampin' Blends. They all look so yummy! The greetings in this bundle are amazing, you can build so many different sentiments. I fussy cut around the word 'doughnuts' we don't have a die for that but if you didn't want to fussy cut you could stamp it directly on the circle. You might notice another new product on this card. The Forever Plaid Embossing Folder is stellar! You'll want to add that your year round use too! Buy the More Than Autumn Bundle and the Forever Plaid Embossing Folder when the catalog launches on September 4, 2024. All other supplies are available now in my Online Store. I have a full supply list below. Shop my Online Store. Thanks for looking, see you soon!!! Hello fellow stampers! Welcome back to this week’s Heart of Christmas Stampin’ Up! blog hop. Each week until 25 November 2024 the Art With Heart team will showcase Christmas cards and projects to inspire you to create your own. For this week’s card I have again used several new products from the upcoming Stampin’ Up! September - December Mini catalogue. You will be able to order from this catalogue on Wednesday 4 September! There are many favourites in this new mini catalogue one of them being the Decorative Trees die set. It has some beautiful die cut tree patterns and of course a matching stamp set that I did not use this time. First, I die cut the Lost Lagoon mat with the ‘snowflake’ tree die. Before die cutting I did adhere a layer of adhesive sheet to the back. This is so that the finely die cut snowflakes can be adhered to the next layer. You end up with the tree shape on your mat layer and the ‘snowflake’ tree die cut. Next, I inked up the Falling Snow background stamp with VersaMark, stamped the mat layer and then heat embossed with silver Embossing powder. It really looks pretty with the shiny stars. A layer of White Glimmer specialty paper was adhered behind the embossed panel to add more sparkle! Once in place I finally adhered the ‘snowflake’ tree die cut. All that’s left is to stamp the Christmas and New Years greeting using Pretty Peacock ink. The stamp set used is Greetings of the Season. The ends were cut on an angle with paper snips and then adhered with dimensionals. I also adhered some silver Adhesive backed Sparkle gems. Please head on to the next participant for more Christmas inspiration the lovely and very talented Sharon Davern. Sharon is also the host of this blog hop and if you find a broken link please head to Sharons blog and she will have the list of all those participating. Don’t forget to check back next week for more Christmas projects. Hope you have a fabulous week ahead!
I shared the neatest fun fold card on last week's video. It features the upcoming new suite called Regal Winter from the Holiday Catalog. This catalog goes live on Wednesday, September 4th. The right side has a fold to it and the edge is tucked under the diagonal layer. Isn't that...
