Hi everyone. Here's another watercoloured card ... this one was sent to my dear friend Bonnie (Stamping with Klass). She has already received the card, so I'm sharing with you. :) Bonnie is a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, so I thought I'd use a SU! stamp for her card. And I used SU! inks as well ... they work great on my watercolour paper. I used red for the flowers to give it a punch of colour for these pretty SweetBriar Roses. Stamps: Sweetbriar Rose (SU!); Sentiment Builders Thank You (STAMPlorations) Paper: White card base (Neenah); Watercolor (Arches 140 lb. cold press) Ink: Archival Black - waterproof (Ranger); Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Always Artichoke, Real Red, Cherry Cobbler (SU!) Accessories & Tools: waterbrush, water mister, heat tool, paint brush for splattering
Yosemite, Death Valley, Joshua Tree,Redwood ... California's national and state parks are home to some of the most iconic views andlandscapes on the planet

I have one more card to share from the Proverbial Stampers make-and-take session at #InspireCreateShare2014 Stampin' Up! convention. I saved the best for last. Actually, all three cards were wonderful, but I like this one the best. Here's the card: (Stamp Sets: Sweetbriar Rose, Hardwood Background; Inks: Soft Suede, Memento Tuxedo Black; Card Stock: Whisper White, Hello Honey; Blendabilities: Daffodil Delight, Old Olive; Accessories: Oval Framelits Collection, Mini Clothespin, Mossy Meadow Stitched Satin Ribbon) I never would have thought to use Soft Suede ink on Hello Honey with the Hardwood Background stamp, but this combination is stunning and it looks so lovely behind the color rose panel. Yep, I used Blendabilities again and I may be getting the hang of it: I'm still no expert, but I'm liking what I've been doing better and better each time I use Blendabilities. Here's a closer look: (Stamp Sets: Sweetbriar Rose, Hardwood Background; Inks: Soft Suede, Memento Tuxedo Black; Card Stock: Whisper White, Hello Honey; Blendabilities: Daffodil Delight, Old Olive; Accessories: Oval Framelits Collection)
I used the Sweetbriar Rose stamp set along with some of the new Color Me Autumn DSP and Cherry Cobbler 1″ Sheer Linen Ribbon from the 2014 Holiday Catalog to create my card to share today.
Yes I know it another CAS card but I'm down to a few drafts having made only one card all week but I'm hoping that will change today but we will see. The stamp is from Stampin Up but instead of colouring the petals with white pencil I've cut them out of thin white card. Sentiment is from LOTV but it was because it was on my desk and handy at the time. Not much else I can say about my card, off to swimming later must try to remember not to over do it.

Hello there and happy Sunday! Today I am doing my usual Sunday routine of working on my admin and doing my newsletters and then doing the chores around the house. Also have a few cards to make too for upcoming birthdays and such like! I only have one photos of todays card really but thought I would share it with you. This was a card I made for our weekly Team Challenge on our Facebook group page. I was guest host as our lovely Julie normally hosts our challenges. I came up with a colour combo of Mossy Meadow, Strawberry Slush and Daffodil Delight as inspired by the All Abloom DSP stack. I stamped the image in Memento Ink and then coloured it with the inks and blender pens. You may be wondering where the Daffodil Delight ribbon and pearls came from?? Well I coloured the White Satin ribbon and pearls with the Daffodil Delight Blendabilitie pen!! How cool is that? Here is the group of cards for the challenge. I will share the one at the front on another post. This would have been the fourth card created at my Technique Classes this month, but we ran out of time. So this is one we will do in the next class :o) I don't often show my ladies beforehand what they will be making, so this will be a surprise for them :o) The dryer sheet technique is a very old one! Every so often though, it comes around again .... and I'm so pleased it has this time, because it's another really pretty technique! Once you have stamped and coloured your image - I used the Aqua Painter and ink pads for this one - you need to cover the whole thing with glue. I used a glue stick. You then place a Dryer Sheet over the top of the cardstock. It needs to be a used one, so you may need to iron it first. Once covered, you then just sprinkle Dazzling Diamonds glitter all over it. Shake off the excess and you are done :o) ___________ Shop With Me Online - 24/7 Find Me On Facebook Supplies Sweetbriar Rose Wood-Mount Stamp Set [133806] £11.95 Wisteria Wonder A4 Card Stock [124389] £6.25 Whisper White A4 Card Stock [106549] £7.50 Jet Black Stazon Ink Pad [101406] £5.95 Wisteria Wonder Classic Stampin' Pad [126985] £4.95 Wild Wasabi Classic Stampin' Pad [126959] £4.95 So Saffron Classic Stampin' Pad [126957] £4.95 Wild Wasabi 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon [134570] £6.25 Dazzling Diamonds Stampin' Glitter [133751] £4.50 Aqua Painters [103954] £12.95 Texture Boutique Machine [132657] ...
