Here's a card I made, using the Tree Pop-up die set by Karen Burniston to create a caravan pop-up card. The die cut trees are placed in the background. Een kaartje gemaakt met de Tree Pop-up stansset van Karen Burniston. In plaats van de boom kleefde ik een caravan op het pop-up mechanisme. De bomen uit de set staan in de achtergrond. I also used a few dies from other Karen Burniston sets. Ook enkele stansen uit andere sets van Karen Burniston gebruikt. On card front I used a stencil to sponge words with Archival ink Potting Soil. Op de voorkant gebruikte ik een stencil om tekst te sponzen met Archival inkt Potting Soil. The 'picnic blanket' is a small folded card, it adds space to write something down. De 'picnicdeken' is een klein dubbelgevouwen kaartje. Daar kan een boodschap in geschreven worden. I used: Darkroom Door Stamp Set: Carved Caravans Darkroom Door Texture Stamp: Scratches Darkroom Door Medium Stencil: Journey Ranger Wendy Vecchi Archival Inkpad: Potting Soil Karen Burniston Die Sets: 1005 Tree Pop-up, 1006 Nature Edges, 1023 Tag Book Pop-up

Welcome back for another project! Our Crazy Crafters are being highlighted over at our wonderful Mentor's blog - thank you so much Kylie Bertucci you are the best! I'd love for you to vote for my project - you have 3 votes use them wisely!! Click here to submit your vote Oh how cute this card turned out! After looking at potential caravans online with my folks the other day I was left very inspired to create this card. I think a retro caravan is about all I could afford right now! Wow there are some beauties out there. I love the vibrancy of this card with that gorgeous 'Affectionately Yours' DSP. Watermelon wonder is wonderful! I stamped the caravan image from 'You're Sublime' in Night of Navy ink and carefully cut it out. I drew some lines with my Night of Navy marker and coloured them in with Pumpkin Pie/Sahara Sand/Crushed Curry and Watermelon Wonder markers to make this 1970's Retro cutie. I trimmed the white piece (sentiment) using the Duet Banner punch - reinsert the banner and punch it out a little smaller . Try making this card! Here are the measurements for you: Aussie C6 card base in Crumb Cake cardstock Affectionately Yours DSP Panel 3-7/8" x 5-5/8" Mint Macaron DSP Strips 1/4" x 3-7/8" Be inspired with this colour combination, feel free to share and pin it!
