Stamping with Friends Blog Hop - Showcasing products from the Sept - Dec 2024 Min Catalog. I am showcasing items using Reindeer Fun.
Fall is in the air, and what better way to celebrate than with some heartwarming handmade crafts? Today, I'm sharing delightful autumn-themed projects using Stampin' Up's More Than Autumn Bundle. The first card features adorable coffee cup and whipped cream images, perfect for expressing warm feelings. The sentiment 'Love You More Than' adds a sweet touch, making it ideal for loved ones. My second card showcases a festive mix of fall motifs - a pumpkin-spice latte, donuts, and autumn leaves. The embossed background adds texture, while the 'hello' sentiment welcomes the season. This clever treat holder is designed to fit
Stamping through the catalogue are today showcasing the Autumn Expressions Bundle by Stampin' Up! A beautiful Autumnal set.
The More Than Autumn bundle is one of my favorites from the Sept.-Dec. mini catalog which went live yesterday. It's just such a fun stamp set and a great set of coordinating dies that I've found myself reaching for it more and more often. I used it for today's card where I'm playing along with the Hand Stamp Sentiments challenge where they have a versatile sketch. So cute right? I think I might have to make a batch of this design for my Thanksgiving cards that I usually send out to my aunts and uncles and other family that I won't see on the holiday. The card base is Crumb Cake but it's covered by a piece of 2024-2026 In Color DSP in Peach Pie. Next is a layer of Crumb Cake and then a layer of Basic White embossed with the adorable Eyelet embossing folder. I tied a piece of linen thread around this panel for some more texture then popped it all on dimensionals. The pie slices are stamped in Memento black and then colored with Blends markers. The whipped cream dollop is stamped off Pecan Pie ink. All the piece are die cut then added to the embossed panel. The whipped cream is popped on a mini dimensional. Finally the fun sentiment! I stamped the 3 part mix and match sentiment in Memento black right onto the DSP. I was hoping I didn't goof up and have to start all over! It's hard to see but I added a Peach Pie In Color Shimmer gems. Thanks for looking! Did you stamp today? All of the items used to make this card can be purchased in my ONLINE STORE. Stamps: More Than Autumn Ink: Memento black, Pecan Pie Blends: Pumpkin Pie light & dark, Pecan Pie light & dark Paper: Crumb Cake, Basic White, 2024-2026 In Color DSP Accessories: Eyelet embossing folder, More Than Autumn dies, dimensionals, linen thread, In Color Shimmer Gems

Welcome to a Week 17 of the Colour Creations Showcase blog hop. This week we continue our journey through the remaining Stampin' Up! core colours, working in alphabetical order, with this week's feature colour being Cherry Cobbler. Cherry Cobbler is a member of the Regals group of colours and is classified as a Red Violet colour. As Cherry Cobbler is a red colour and commonly used in Christmas creations that is what I have gone with too. My preorder has finally arrived and this week I have had fun playing with one of the new bundles from the Upcoming Mini Catalogue, the very cute Reindeer Fun. Cherry Cobbler has been teamed with Very Vanilla and Crumb Cake. To start with a piece of Very Vanilla card has been stamped using Crumb Cake ink and the star stamp from Reindeer Fun. It was then embossed using the Snowflake Sky 3D embossing folder and then die cut using the circular die from the Reindeer Fun dies. This has been adhered to a piece of soon to be released Splendid Autumn paper featuring Cherry Cobbler. The cute little Reindeer, also from /reindeer Fun, has been stamped in Early Espresso and then coloured using Crumb Cake Stampin Blends. It was then die cut. The bridle has been stamped using Cherry Cobbler ink. Although hard to tell from the original photo, the sentiment, from Greetings Of the Season has been embossed in gold and then die cut using one of the Nested Essentials dies. Finally a few Gold Blooming Pearls have been added for that bit of Christmas bling. The inside has been kept very simple by just stamping the bells from Reindeer Fun and colouring them with Cherry Cobbler and Wild Wheat Stampin Blends and then die cutting them. I wish that Stampin Up would have Gold and Silver blends. Next in tonight's blog hop is the lovely Vicki Boucher. I look forward to seeing her lovely creation this week. If the "next" button link is not working or you would like to see a full list of participants then you can hop over to our host Cathy Proctor where you can see a full list of tonight's participants. Oh my goodness! Do you ever buy a stamp set on a bit of a whim and then absolutely fall in love with it? Well, the Country Flowers Bundle was that for me. I'm a sucker for a teapot (both real and stamped!), and I also love a set that provides the opportunity to colour in, so this one made its way into my shopping cart. For this card, I paired it with Country Lace DSP, and used that to base my colour scheme on. I coloured the image using Blends in Smoky Slate, Misty Moonlight and Boho Blue. I am also loving the Spotlight on Nature dies - circles in lots of sizes with pretty detailed borders. These are getting quite a workout! I'll be back with another card soon! Stampin Up UK demonstrator Tune In retro TV card ideas
This post will be photo heavy and I hope it will offer some inspiration to you. Scroll down for the show and tell video sharing some teaching tips and a couple more of the samples I made. I am REALLY excited that we got to choose punch or dies with two of the stamp sets (spoiler I chose punches with both!) What about you? This card made with Labelled with Love was super simple to create. I love how the Pretty in Pink and Summer Splash co-ordinate. Next we have Spotlight on Nature. We created the ver simple easel card. The use of Basic Beige is a bit washed out in this photo but see below for the ones I created for display Do you like this new colour? In theory Basic Beige sounds unexciting but I LOVE it. Zoom in to see the detail that I got using our gorgeous stamps both on the white layers and tone on tone to create the background elements. And now on to my Tune in Samples. I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this fun retro stamp set and made a selection of samples using it. If you are of a certain age and from the UK, you will see I created one with a BBC test card effect! Good morning and happy Tuesday! I’m home and mostly settled and sort of mostly back in the saddle! There might be a PILLOW on that saddle, but…in it, I am! My 2024-2025 Annual Catalog…
If you like bright colors with a modern vibe, you'll love Full Of Life Designer Paper! It really caught my eye when first looking through the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog. I found a colorful pattern
Last week I had my monthly class and I designed this project which I called a "choose your own adventure" card. My stampers got to choose all the elements of the card to make it whatever they wanted. I wanted to show off the Full of Life DSP but I couldn't decide which patterns to use because each sheet is just as gorgeous as the one before. So I took that hard choice and just gave it to my customers! They got pick which pattern they wanted to use, which sentiment and which image. All I did was cut the neutral cardstock pieces and they did the rest! And if you haven't gotten the Full of Life DSP yet it will be on sale starting August 6th so make sure to add a pack to your August order! The bright colors and beautiful watercolor style of the Full of Life DSP really pair well with the images from the Attention Shoppers stamp set. Because the images are smaller they are quick to color using some of the colors in the DSP using Stampin' Blends. Once my stampers chose which Full of Life DSP design they wanted to use they cut the 6x6 piece in half so they would have a 3" x 6" panel. Then they cut that down to 3" x 4.5" and then cut this panel into 3 1" strips to mount onto the Basic Black panel. The sentiment choices come from the Online Exclusive set Sweetly Scripted which are a lovely mix of script fonts and are nice and long so they can go across a whole card front in both orientations. For this design I cut strips of paper long than was needed for the portrait orientation and my stampers just trimmed off the ends as needed. Once the image from the Attention Shoppers stamp set was chosen to go with the sentiment it was also stamped in Memento Black and colored in. I had almost my whole Stampin' Blends collection out to use during class as the Full of Life DSP has so many colors in it. So like I was saying my stampers had a lot of decisions to make on this card! Some iridescent ribbon and sparkle gems are added for a tiny bit of sparkle and shine. If you make card sets for gifts or to sell this would be a fantastic design and group of products to use to make them. No two card sets would be exactly alike with all the mix and match possibilities! All of the supplies used to make this card can be purchased in my ONLINE STORE. Thanks for looking! Did you stamp today? Stamps: Attention Shoppers, Sweetly Scripted (Online Exclusive) Ink: Memento Black Blends: various colors Paper: Basic White thick, Basic White, Basic Black, Full of Life DSP Accessories: Attention Shoppers dies, dimensionals, Iridescent 1/2" striped trim, adhesive backed sparkle gems
