* Realistic Shrunken Head Replica * The item you are bidding on is a museum- quality replica of a shrunken head, as made by the Jivaro Tribe in South America. This piece has been meticulously made to be as accurate as possible. This is perfect for anyone who has an interest in these unique artifacts, and makes a perfect addition to any collection or as an eye- catching decoration for your Tiki Bar. What differentiates this piece from a cheaper, lower- quality Shrunken Head? * The head itself is hand-made of a high quality, polyurethane resin from a silicone mold. Unlike a latex piece, this resin piece will never degrade with time and will last a lifetime * Each piece is hand-painted in a manner which is consistent with a real shrunken head * Each stitch has been hand braided and tied with great care in a manner that is accurate to the methods used by the Jivaro Tribe * Each head includes the traditional top-loop, which the Jivaro warriors used to hang the heads from themselves, while also including a high quality hand-stained stand which gives the buyer the option to display it that way, as well Although this auction is for the shrunken head pictured above, I can custom create the shrunken heads with any color of hair, style of stitchings, beads, feathers, etc. Any questions, just ask! Thanks for looking!!
