That's it. When I tasted it - it was pretty good, but had a weird aftertaste. So I would have it every once in awhile, whatever. Yum! 1 cup cold water 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/2 tsp cinnamon ice Blend until smooth. Chunky Monkey Shakeology/Ice Cream Banana Split Shakeology: I know, nothing new - but I just made this today, and I think it's my new favorite!! 1 cup almond or skim milk 1 cup water 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology 1/2 sliced banana, frozen 2 frozen strawberries Blend all together. Um. Yeah. Ehermagherd. I heard about this new Root Beer Float Shakeology recipe. I must admit, I was skeptical. In my opinion, root beer floats must be done CORRECTLY to be good. We're talking the good vanilla ice cream and fresh root beer. So, last week I was a little bored with my normal shakeology routine. I needed something different than my Mocha Frappe shakeo. Then I remembered that I had bought some root beer extract at the grocery store. I decided to give my version of the recipe a whirl and low and behold... The results of my little experiment were OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! It was like a big fat cheat meal/dessert but without any of the guilt! In fact, my son had a taste and asked me to make him one! That right there is a SCORE! Do I have you excited yet? Are you drooling? Want the recipe??? Ok - here it is :) Ingredients: 1 scoop/packet of Vanilla Shakeology 1/4 tsp Root Beer Extract 8-12 ozs unsweetened almond milk (or water - depending on what you like) Ice to taste Directions: Pour almond milk into your blender. Add in the vanilla shakeology and root beer extract. Top with ice. Blend. Drink up! If you are sensitive to flavor, you might need to use less extract (1/8 tsp). If you need a little more flavor, use more extract (up to 1 tsp). Let me know what you think and if you made any changes to my recipe! <3, Kell

I have hit the mother load of energy balls! These are hands down, the best ones I've ever tried. As always, this recipe is totally healthy and clean! My recipe is NOT Paleo or Whole30 compliant, but can be made to suit. If you're looking for Paleo, sub the oats for chopped nuts. That being said, everything in moderation, right? Ok so I have a guilty confession. I came home last night from my midnight shift and was tired hungry. You know that hunger you can't control? So, I sort of, kinda, ate like 4 of them. Bahaha! Those darn night munchies! But they were so delish. Maybe 1 or 2 next time, instead of a partial batch. I also froze a few ziplocs in bags of 4. Easy to take out and split into work snacks. Alright lets get to what you're here for, the recipe! Shakeology Energy Balls Ingredients: 1 cup gf whole flake oats 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut ½ cup almond butter ⅓ cup honey or agave ½ cup ground flax seed 1 scoop chocolate vegan Shakeology (I use vegan) 1 tsp vanilla Directions: Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and form into balls. Store in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze in bags.
