This is my "ALL" time favorite Round Ripple Pattern. I've made several Bedspreads from this pattern, However this is "NOT" one of my {JMSQ} patterns..... The above photo is a "Queen size Round Ripple Bedspread" I made for a "Wedding Gift" for "Carlin & Hadessa in the Fall 2006. I won 1st place in the county fair & Best of show - I also won 1st place in the district fair for this bedspread. My family is truly proud... JMSQ The original pattern is from Lynn {~Lyn's Designs~www.angelcrafts.net 1984/3rd edition rewritten 11/05 for simplicity)- who re-wrote the pattern for easy understanding. A pretty blanket pattern that is also fun, quick and easy to make. Perfect for a last minute present. Also an ideal way to use up odd balls of yarn. Once the three round repeat has been mastered, the blanket can be made anywhere, any time, with ease. The blanket can be made to any size, according to your preference. The pictured blanket is approximately 125 cm in diameter and 425 grams of 8ply yarn was used. This size is suitable for a baby blanket, or as a child or toddler sized throw rug. These blankets look especially lovely draped over the end of a child’s bed. Double the yarn strand and up the hook size to make a fabulous floor rug. Any yarn can be used, however one that yields a good stitch definition is recommended. I have used Panda Carnival 8ply acrylic for the pictured blanket. For pattern feedback or support, please message me on Ravelry or The Crochet Fix Facebook page. Video instructions available at https://m.youtube.com/channel/UChF_xzxo5jju4KdzBFHntBA. I hope you enjoy making your blanket as much as I have enjoyed making mine.

This lovely blanket when worked with Caron Simply Soft yarn which is 4 ply medium worsted (rather thin like a 3 ply) is a great size baby blanket. This pattern is ideal for making an afghan for a baby to a toddler. If you use a thicker yarn such as Hobby Lobby or Red heart the blanket will be much lager.
