RATP operated a number of Berliet PGR 28 seat dual doorway buses that were narrower and shorter than the standard Saviem SC10 buses in Paris. One of the PGRs was photographed in July 1976 at Champ de Mars on a short working of Line 82 (Gare du Luxembourg to Neuilly-Hopital Americain).

A commercial postcard of a Paris Metro station showing what I think is one of the RATP's 'pneumatic' rubber tyred trains introduced into fleet service on Line 1 in 1963 - if this is the case this would be MP 59 stock. It is a fine period image, the trains looked good in the two tone 'soft blue' livery and the station appears to be one of the 'modernised' Metro stations. The pneumatic tyred trains (with the rubber tyres on the outside of traditional steel wheels) were introduced on lines of steep gradients and sharp curves so as to ease noise, rail wear and better acceleration.
