This product has been taken from our popular Art Lesson Plan Bundles from Pre-K to 5th Grade. In that product, all elements of Art (drawing, painting, printing, clay, 3D form and textiles) were explored within a series of lesson plans which developed skills throughout the grades. Following suggestions from fellow TPT'ers, we have now broken those plans apart to provide a bundle of plans for the whole school within each of the main elements. Therefore, once purchased, you will receive all the plans within printing from Pre-K to 5th Grade to share with colleagues, meaning that you do not have to buy the whole scheme, or the separate bundles for each year group if you do not want to focus on all elements. This is particularly useful for schools who want to challenge standards in specific areas of art and do not want all other elements. This bundle takes the element of printing and introduces a range of activities for Pre-K teachers to develop with their children, then moving to K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th. Therefore, as a school, teachers can work together, at the same time, on specific projects within the same element and show clear progress within the element. Within this bundle, there are a series of lesson plans for each grade. Each grade has an overall objective to achieve by the end of the sequence of lessons. Each lesson has its own objective to evaluate success, progress and next steps by. Handy hints on how to complete aspects of learning are also provided. The advantage of this bundle, over buying the lesson plan bundles, means that the whole school can work on a project within either drawing, painting, printing, clay, 3D form or textiles. Once completed - schools can exhibit the whole school outcomes, allowing the children, their parents and other members of the school community to view the work being undertaken within Art. The preview below demonstrates the details included on the plans, with reference to artists and craftspeople, as well as clear objectives and progression from year to year in complexity of skills. I get questions on occasion about how to edit my editable products. If you're not sure how to do this, read on. This tutorial is for you! Step One: Open the file with Powerpoint. On the left side you'll see a small preview of each page in the file. The file I'm showing you, my chalkboard themed schedule cards, only has one page. On the right, the larger version is the one you'll actually be working with and editing. If the font doesn't look like it's supposed to, you likely do not have the correct font downloaded on your computer. There's typically instructions within the file or the purchase details about what font you need and where you can get it. This file uses the font "Return to Sender". Step Two: Click on the piece you're going to edit. Here, I've just written "Type here" so buyers have a text box already made. Step Three: Highlight the text you want to edit. Step Four: Replace the standard text with whatever you want it to say. Step Five: Highlight the text again. Adjust the font size to fit the area using the top toolbar. If you hover your mouse over the outer border of the text box, your cursor will change to what looks like a compass rose. You can now click and move the text box so it fits your area better.
