The books come in different levels to differentiate between students abilities and to help them progress through levels as they progress with their sentence building skills. Adapted books are a great way to encourage students to pay close attention to detail and start to link vocabulary to the images that they see. Each book comes with symbols as well as a 'base page' this is where the symbols can be stored when not in use and for students to select the symbols from to use within the adapted books. Spelling is available to suit both colour/color, grey/gray etc. The adapted books include; Errorless Learning - 'He' Students look at the image on each page and then match the symbol 'he' into the box on that page. Errorless Learning - 'She' Students look at the image on each page and then match the symbol 'she' into the box on that page. Errorless Learning - 'They' Students look at the image on each page and then match the symbol 'they' into the box on that page. Level 1 Pronouns Students look at the image on each page and then match the symbol 'he' 'she' or 'they' into the box on that page. Level 2 Pronouns Students look at the image on each page and then match the symbol 'he' 'she' or 'they' into the first box on that page. Then identify the second symbol needed to complete the sentence and place this into the next box. I.e 'Girl' is 'reading.' 'They' are 'talking.' Level 3 Pronouns Students look at the image on each page and then use symbols to build a sentence. I.e 'She is reading.' 'He is climbing.' Each book comes with instructions included on the first page on how you can put this book together to get the best possible use out of it. The vocabulary is suitable for American or British classrooms. (Color, Colour etc.) These books are great to help students build up and work on their sentences. It encourages students to select the correct words(symbols) to match the picture they are looking at as well as being able to place them in the correct order to build an appropriate sentence.
