Ingredientes: ½ caixinha de creme de leite 250g de ricota 1 colher (sopa) de azeite 1 xícara (chá) de azeitona preta s/ caroço Sal a gosto Modo de preparo: Bata todos os ingredientes em um processador, caso não tenha, poderá substituir pelo liquidificador utilizando a função pulsar. Após processar o patê, coloque em um recipiente e leve a geladeira por alguns minutos, para que fique bem geladinho antes de servir. Caso prefira, pode substituir por azeitonas verdes também, utilizando os mesmos ingredientes restantes e o mesmo processo. Rápido, fácil e delicioso. Um forma diferente e linda de servir esse patê, é utilizando massa para pastel comprada pronta.
