I would say this has a very summery feel to it, don't you think? You can almost imagine that pennant waving in the warm breeze off the sea. To learn how to make it, just watch the video below. When I saw Leena Girsa post this idea for paper piecing with the Pattern Party designer paper and the Driving By stamp set, I knew I had to try it and make a set of note cards!! Paper Piecing can be done in different ways. I stamped my Driving By VW Bug and Bus images on both Basic White cardstock and Pattern Party printed paper. I colored the wheels and any other parts of the image I wanted to color, using Stampin' Blends markers on the white cardstock, then fussy cut the pattern pieces and glued them

Grab your 6x6 paper (I used Stampin' UP! Thoughtful Journey paper) and let's make these super easy cards that showcase both sides of the paper! I was inspired by Meg @lovenstamps! Simply take your 6x6 Thoughtful Journey paper and cut 3/4' off the top or bottom, then score at 2' from the left edge. SAVE that scrap, tear it and add it to the front as shown!! Glue to a 4-1/4' x 5-1/2' card base in a coordinating color. Don't Delay! And I know it's a 'dirty word'... but this Thoughtful Journey paper is currently on the LOW INVENTORY list
