I have no idea where this two page black and white Erte paper doll is from. I do know the artist is Charles Ventura. No date either. The doll has 3 dresses, 2 tops, and 1 skirt along with many hats. I do not know if this is all the pages. This paper doll was in a stack I got of kinda miscellaneous black and white dolls so i don't have any more information about it. Also, I'm back from my break. and happily married :D

Issue 72 number 3 1985. Issue 73 is from Fall 1987 Volume XV. All pages are in black and white. All pages are not shown here.
The late Charles Ventura was prolific. He started early, contributing designs for Tillie, Boots and later Katy Keene comics. The Tillie here is from 1946. Roxanne was published in 1987 in the Trina Robbins comic book California Girls. Trina also profiled Ventura in that issue. Last is "Paper Dolls in the Style of Mucha" published by Hobby House in 1990. This is just a small sample of this highly collectible artist's work.
