In the long summers as a child, she would garden alongside her grandmother and it was then that she realized her love for greenery. With years of great studying, Ashley had begun her post-secondary education at the University of Saskatchewan. At first, her second love, animals, was the career path she chose but while doing her undergrad she realized that her education would take her elsewhere. And with that, four years later she graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a bachelor’s degree in science and a major in Soil Science. Some of Ashley’s interests are YouTube, in which she posts informative videos about plants and gardening. The focus of Ashley’s YouTube channel is to bring science to gardening in a way that is informative but also helpful to others learning to garden. She also talks about the importance of having your own garden and the joys of gardening indoors. Ashley continues to study plants in her free time and hopes to expand her YouTube channel as well as her reach to up and coming gardeners.
LEGAL MATTER All the commotion going on in Ottawa, where has our fearless leader been? I was reading that there are 31 more groups suing the Freedom Convoy, also including anyone who’s contributed to the fund. I also read about the violence, the burning, the threats with weapons at the Coastal GasLink worksite. My first thought after reading this is if they can take legal action against these truckers and contributors, then it’s only obvious that the government or others can go after and sue

30 + seeds and growing instructions. Canadian Fresh seeds - Carnivorous Forked Sundew Plant - Drosera Binata Dichotoma- Drosera binata is found primarily in sandy marshes of southern and eastern Australia, Tasmania, and New Zealand. The species has many forms. The single fork leafed forms are most widespread with the mutiforked forms restricted to eastern Australia north of Sydney. The forms from cooler locations tend to be smaller than the relatively large plants found in the warmer part of its range. The smaller forms of Drosera binata make good terrarium plants. Drosera binata isn't very picky about soil. It best in the standard 1:1 peat:sand "CP mix". Even better would be 1:2 peat:sand in the top half of the pot. The plants like large pots. Standard #1 ("gallon") pots are not too large. In nature some varieties of these plants send down long rope-like roots to tap water under the sand. These seeds are extremely small! It's how they naturally are. Reading glasses are needed to aid with seeing them. Open very carefully, and Germination instructions are included.
